Flat "Amarone" mit Pool

The living room with rustic stove, sofa bed (1.40 m wide) and open, integrated kitchen is accessed via the garden or the covered entrance. From the living room you have access to the balcony facing the lake with a marvellous view over Lake Como. The corridor adjoining the kitchen leads to the double bedroom and the bathroom as well as to a small, cool grotto (ideal for storing drinks). From the living room on the garden side you enter the small bedroom with a bunk bed and also from the living room you have direct access to your own garden seating area with barbecue. The breathtaking lake view, the cosy and comfortable living ambience of the Rustico flat Amarone, the general recreation area (garden) with solar-heated pool [7 x 3.5m], the sun terraces, the goldfish pond and pizza oven as well as the mini zoo animals give your holiday that certain flair for an unforgettable time on Lake Como. The solar and energy-heated pool is open from Easter to the end of October. The pool is usually a few degrees warmer than the outside temperature. There is an extra recreation room with table tennis and games. There is ample parking space for vehicles above the property. The wine cellar (cantina) with open red and white wine, various bottled wines, beer and mineral water as well as various specialities from the region is open daily for self-service.

On request, the local baker brings fresh bread rolls to the house in the morning (except on Sundays and public holidays). The fascinating location of Casa Rina inspires walks, hikes or bike tours, even directly from the residence. Mobile even without a car - a footpath leads to Gravedona in about 20 minutes to the beautiful waterfront promenade with numerous shopping facilities and attractive restaurants, bars and cafés. The Casa Rina vineyard farmstead, a former winery dating back to 1724, consists of 4 buildings with eight individual flats and has been partially rebuilt and extended in the original style. The property is situated at approx. 200 metres above the lake on a sunny terrace amidst former vineyards and Lombard-style rusticos.

There is a small waterfall in the neighbourhood. The special, quiet location with its riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake as far as the southern part of Lake Como. The former owners of the estate built a Madonna chapel on the property out of gratitude, which is still preserved in its original state today.

Gravedona is a charming town directly on Lake Como with a historic ambience. Experience the beautiful lakeside promenade, the small, narrow alleyways and the cafés and ristoranti with the typical variety of Italian cuisine. Be impressed by the old churches and buildings or enjoy the beach.
