Detached, ground floor bungalow (built in June 2020) for 6 people, own approx. 356 m2 plot, completely tiled throughout the house, all windows have fly screens, each bedroom has a TV. 3 bedrooms with beds at ground level: 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200, 2 bedrooms each with two single beds 90 x 200, large living room with 6.5 m window front down to the floor, 1x bathroom with walk-in shower and 1x bathroom with flat shower tray, covered sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol, carport and additional parking space behind, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob.The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (e.g. The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry pier (including passenger/bike ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m2 inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 m2 sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). 800 m to the Eckwarderhörne lido with the beach hall, lighthouse, ferry pier and starting point for guided mudflat hikes.In the idyllic holiday village, away from the traffic, there is the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1000 m2 play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.

    “Es waren zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem netten Ferienhaus ! Für uns war es perfekt eingerichtet und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt ! Unserem Hund hat der eingezäunte Garten besonders gefallen ! Lage des Hauses war auch super direkt am Deich . Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder !”

    “Die Unterkunft ansich ist topp. Alles da was man braucht.Waren letztes Jahr auch schon dort. Da hatten wir nichts auszusetzen.Diesesmal2ar das Haus sehr unsauber,die Tassen waren nicht sauber.Befanden sich noch Kaffeereste am Rand. Die Maat vom Rasen was ums Ganze Haus verteilt.Also haben wir erstmal sauber gemacht.Dann waren ringsherum Baustellen,wo Steine gesägt wurden und mit dem Rüttgler die Steine befestigt wurden.Daher war es tagsüber kaum möglich, die Terrasse zu nutzen. Sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist.Als Entschädigung bekamen wir einen Gutschein über 50 Euro,welchen wir bei der nächsten Buchung einlösen können.Finde ich sehr beschämend.Hatten uns so auf diese Woche gefreut und dann nur Lärm, Staub und ein Haus,welches nicht wirklich gereinigt wurde.”
