    “Vorteile: Ausreichende Größe, schönes umzäuntes Grundstück, beheizter Pool, gute Betten, gute Beleuchtung und Sitzgelegenheiten auch zum Lesen, überdachte Veranda
    Nachteil: Man merkt dem Haus an, daß es schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat.
