    “De cottage was sterk verouderd en niet onderhouden. De kastdeuren vielen eruit, de vloer in de keuken was aan vervanging toe, de handvatten van het deurtje van de vriezer en vaatwasser waren stuk, de deur van de koelkast sloot niet goed. Ook zaten er vlekken in de matrassen en rolde mijn man door een kuil in het matras naar de rand van het eenpersoonsbed. Er waren een paar lampen stuk en de koekenpannen raakte alleen in het midden de plaat.
    Dit alles hadden we vermeld op het formulier en de volgende ochtend ingeleverd, maar vervolgens gebeurde er helemaal niets. Er was aangegeven (door Belvilla) dat het huisje uitzicht had over het meer, maar dit was niet zo. Het huisje lag in de bossen.”
