Direkt bei der Küche ist ein Wohnzimmer mit SAT TV, kleine Couch, Tisch mit Eckbank.Die Terasse mit Chemineé, angrezendem Rasen und Blumenbeet lädt zum verweilen ein. Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.
