The holiday home is only approx. 150 m from Lake "Naren" (10 km long, 2.5 km wide, drinking water quality), other lakes with plenty of fish can be found in the immediate vicinity
The surrounding area is perfect for adventure trips in the wilderness, moose safaris, fishing and exploring nature by boat or canoe.
The sandy beach with jetty is close by, and even in summer you have the beach almost to yourself.
The house is also ideal for families with children. There are excellent sporting opportunities in the surrounding area, such as fishing, hiking, jogging, cycling (two bicycles are on site and can be used free of charge.

This is a non-smoking house. The house was completely renovated in May 2015 and last partially refurnished in June 2022. It has a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with modern appliances such as an electric cooker (convection/convection) and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for baking and cooking.
The large dining table is suitable for 4 people. The shower with WC is equipped to German standards.
The house has a fast fibre optic connection with free guest WLAN.
On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two single beds in the large bedroom. A large conservatory (24 m²) with modern seating and dining table for 4 people invites you to cosy evenings. The house can be cosily heated by two wood-burning stoves. The wood can be purchased in the village
There is a modern washing machine and a heat pump tumble dryer in the bright cellar. The living room has a 40" LED TV, satellite receiver (German channels), BluRay/DVD player, Wii games console with games.
The air conditioning can be used for heating or cooling if required.

The house stands on a large natural plot and has a large garage for your vehicle. The charcoal barbecue, the garden furniture (several loungers, outdoor dining table for 4 people), the rowing boat with paddle incl. life jackets and two new aluminium bicycles (28", 7-speed hub gears with easy access) can be used free of charge.
The canoe can be booked for a small fee.

The WLAN guest access (fibre optic connection) can be used free of charge.
Your four-legged companions are very welcome (1 dog allowed, free of charge).
The deposit will be transferred directly to the landlord and refunded minus any electricity costs incurred.

    “Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einer ausgezeichneten Ausstattung - vor allem die Küche und der Wintergarten haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Lage - See mit Booten und Badestelle über die Straße erreichbar, der Fluss hinter dem Hausgrundstück und der Wald hinter dem Fluss - ist toll.Wir konnten uns hier richtig gut erholen.”

    “Wunderbares Ferienhaus zum Eintauchen in die wilde Natur Schwedens Positiv: Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Strand und See sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr hilfreich. (Draußen besteht aber nur zeitlich und örtlich ein Mückenproblem. Das heißt, Mückenspray für draußen ist eine gute Idee, die Mücken sind aber insgesamt kein Problem.) In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Negativ: Für Ausflüge muss man doch recht weit mit dem Auto fahren - man ist schnell eine Stunde unterwegs. Restaurant: Selbstverpflegung - Wir haben im Ferienhaus gekocht - im Ort gibt es auch kein Restaurant. Ausflüge: Brattfallet - Ein ganz toller Wasserfall! Man fühlt sich mit der wilden Natur und dem rötlichen Gestein in den Wilden Westen versetzt. Unbedingt am Fluss spazieren gehen.”

    “Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame, schöne und entspannte Zeit in Uvanå. Mit häufigen Ausflügen zum Badeplatz (kleines Strand am nahem See), einige nach Halsfors (zum einkaufen und Draisine fahren) und einem schönen Wasserfall.
    Auch zukünftig gerne mal wieder. Positiv: Sehr moderne und liebevolle Ausstattung in einem sehr geräumigen Haus, die keine Wünsche offen läßt, in einem schönen schwedischen Dörfchen.
    Besonders auch der nette und hilfreiche Kontakt mit den Eigentümern hat uns sehr gefallen. Negativ: Nix, alles bestens.”
