Holiday home with private beach

Fantastic bungalow, 42 m2, with its own beach and a small jetty. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, a glazed terrace and a bathroom with a shower. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, television and induction hob with oven. Three bicycles, a canoe, a small sailing boat and a barbecue are available for holidaymakers. It is a wonderful place for nature lovers, 1500 m2 of well-kept garden with a fireplace. An 18 metre long beach is at your disposal.

Travelling time from Berlin is 2.15 hours, 30 km from Kostrzyn on Oder towards Szczecin.

    “Man wird sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin Empfangen, ein sehr schönes Grundstück am Seemit einen guten Steg zum Angeln und Relaxen.     “Das Objekt ist wunderbar zur Erholung und zum Angeln geeignet. Positiv: Die Lage und die Aussicht waren mega. Der Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe war toll und problemlos. Die Betten (Matratzen) waren sehr bequem. In der Nähe (5km) liegt ein Restaurant. Wir waren täglich Essen und es hat genial geschmeckt. Negativ: Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist sehr eisenhaltig, daher nicht zum Trinken geeignet. Maria stellt aber Trinkwasser zur Verfügung.”
