For your dream holiday, we recommend this extraordinary villa "Segaria" with 165 sqm of living space!
The property was completely renovated and modernised in summer 2017 following a change of ownership!
The exclusive villa has a high level of living comfort in new-build quality, which is exceptional for rental properties!

The very large kitchen is equipped with new, high-quality, brand-name stainless steel appliances (convection cooker, extractor bonnet, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee machines, toaster, kettle, etc.). You will also benefit from sufficient and tasteful crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs and other kitchen utensils to make cooking and baking a pleasure.
The two air-conditioned and tastefully furnished bedrooms on the ground floor each have large double beds (1.80 x 2m) and 1 or 2 large windows (pool room). The exclusive and spacious built-in wardrobes have mirrors, ample cupboard space and trouser and clothes hangers.
The air-conditioned master bedroom with a size of approx. 24 square metres is located on the upper floor. Two large, exclusive built-in wardrobes with mirrors provide ample space for your clothes, shoes, bath towels, etc. This makes getting dressed in the morning fun.
You can surf, work or chat with your laptop or tablet at a real glass desk with excellent lighting and a fast LAN connection.
Directly adjacent to this bedroom is the balcony with a wonderful view of the "Segaria" mountain.
The large luxury bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom on the upper floor.
Both bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor have been renovated with floor-to-ceiling showers, real glass partitions, new bathroom furniture, make-up mirrors, hairdryers and tasteful floor and wall tiles. The bathroom on the upper floor also offers a large and comfortable bathtub with headrest and entry and exit aids.
The bathrooms are visual highlights and fulfil high standards of comfort!

The villa has also been technically modernised and brought up to date.
New, high-performance air conditioning units ensure a pleasant indoor climate in the height of summer.

In the winter months, you benefit from the new, powerful underfloor heating with electronically adjustable thermostats. The new heating system is not fuelled by gas cylinders that have to be changed (often standard), but by a large external gas tank.
Fast Internet with WLAN has been installed throughout the house and up to the sunbathing area in the garden. For even better download and upload rates, additional LAN connections have been installed throughout the house to which you can connect your laptops or tablets via network cable.
As part of the modernisation of Villa "Segaria", the following quality brand products were newly purchased or installations were renewed:

The property is looked after by a German, English and Spanish-speaking caretaker on site (office 150 metres from the property). She always guarantees top service from the handover of the property to its return. Quick availability in case of questions or problems is guaranteed. Further services (1st purchase according to pre-order etc.) are available on request

In a separate outbuilding on the property there is a tiled guest garage and a large conservatory with fridge and separate BBQ. You can enjoy cosy evenings there. A high-quality toilet and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer have also been created in other adjoining rooms.

An electric gate provides access to the park-like plot of approx. 900 square metres. The property offers plenty of sun and shade areas for relaxing. It is not visible as it is bordered by high hedges and shrubs. The garden is characterised by many blooming flowers and plants as well as impressive palm, olive, lemon and lime trees. The garden and pool are serviced weekly by qualified professionals.
Your dogs will have a wonderful daily run on the large property without being able to run away, as all sides of the villa are well fenced.
The private pool measuring 9 x 4 metres with a spiral-shaped outdoor shower is a real highlight! Via a Roman staircase, you first enter the shallow area of the pool with a water depth of approx. 1.10 metres. Children and non-swimmers can stand and play comfortably there. The second half of the pool then drops down to a water depth of up to 2 metres. Remote-controlled, the unique LED pool light creates changing colours on request or illuminates the pool in the evening in the colour of your choice.
The garden and pool are serviced weekly by qualified specialists.
Overlooking the pool is the covered terrace (approx. 30 square metres), which is surrounded by pillars and always provides plenty of shade. You and your guests can relax at any time in the spacious lounge area. At a separate dining table for 6 people, you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air, whatever the weather.

Location description:
The dream villa "Segaria" in Els Poblets on the Costa Blanca is conveniently located between Valencia and Alicante.
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO) in Geneva, this coastal strip, also known as the "white coast" due to its long sandy beaches, is one of the healthiest regions in the world!
The airports of both major cities can be reached via the AP7 motorway in around an hour's drive.
The detached house is situated in a top location (quiet & central) of Els Poblets.

The so-called "German corner" with German bakery/pastry shop/café, German grocery shop, restaurants and newsagent etc. is only approx. 150 metres from the property.
The town centre with restaurants, supermarkets, German bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacies is approx. 600m away and within walking distance.
The sea with kilometres of beaches is only approx. 1km away.

Due to the large orange and lemon plantations, the region is also known as the "vitamin chamber of Europe".

10 minutes away by car is Denia with its beautiful old town, attractive shopping facilities, marina, water sports facilities & ferries to Ibiza & Mallorca.
Two 18-hole golf courses, the international equestrian centre of Oliva Nova & a large outdoor karting facility are located within the same distance.

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus. Viel Platz - für zwei natürlich etwas überdimensioniert. Der Nachteil davon war, dass wir gerne „zuhause“ waren und nicht sehr viel unternommen haben. Man sieht, dass die Besitzer auch darin wohnen; schönes Geschirr, viele Schränke mit richtigen Kleiderbügeln usw. Vor der schwarzen Katze, die oft zu Besuch kam, warnen wir. Sie hat zweimal gebissen - wahrscheinlich, weil wir sie nicht gefüttert haben. Relativ viele deutsche Bewohner um die Ecke mit eigenem Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft. Aber das stört nicht, da es fußläufig (ca. 1km) zwei gute Bars und ein nettes Restaurant mit menu del dia gibt.
    Internet ist wohl ortsbedingt nicht besonders. Die VerwalterIn ist top. Auf Fragen wird sofort reagiert.
    Also super drei Wochen! Gerne wieder.”

    “Maison très agréable à vivre. Environnement calme en cette période de l'année.
    A partir du moment où cette villa n'est pas exclusivement réservée à des locataires allemands, il est indispensable de mettre à disposition un livret d'accueil (welcome booklet)en Anglais comprenant (règles de la maison, numéros d'urgence, mode d'emploi des appareils, plan du quartier, date et lieu du ou des marchés s'il y a, restaurants, lieux touristiques, loisirs à proximité). Il serait aussi appréciable de pouvoir regarder la TV qui elle aussi était en allemand.”
