Flat with garden in Schwärzenbach

Our house is located in the rural district of Schwärzenbach at an altitude of 1,080 metres. In a few minutes by car from the idyllic village area you are at the lively and vibrant Titisee. The flat is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance with terrace and sunbathing lawn. It is fully equipped. In the bedroom you have satellite TV, in the living room satellite TV, video recorder, CD player, stereo system with cassette recorder. In the living room there are 2 very good wall folding beds, so that the flat can be occupied by 4 people and a child. You can access the Internet via WLAN. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is a children's room adjoining the bedroom for your toddler. The cot can also be exchanged for an extra bed if required. A high chair is of course available. The last renovation took place this year. The bathroom and the bedroom have been completely renovated.
Tourist GmbH charges a guest tax. These costs are to be paid on site. In return you will receive the so-called KONUSCard. In addition to various discounts, it includes free use of the railway and buses throughout the southern Black Forest. We do NOT have the HochschwarzwaldCard. Alternatively, you can also purchase the SchwarzwaldCard from Tourist GmbH, which offers additional discounts.

Brief description: Non-smoking house, Number of kitchens : 1, Other rooms : The living room is a bed-sitting room with 2 good wall folding beds. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small children's room. Living room, Other living room equipment: The living room is also another bedroom and has 2 good wall folding beds. The technical equipment consists of a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system. A large library is also available.
Bedroom 1, Other bedroom furnishings: Additional washbasin in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is a baby room with a cot, which can also be exchanged for a large bed. Bed linen is included in the price. 2nd TV in the bedroom with satellite TV. Bedroom 2, Other bedroom furnishings: The small children's room adjoins the bedroom. It has, among other things, a changing mat. For older children, the cot can also be exchanged for a large bed. Please let us know the age of your child so that we can prepare the bed accordingly.
Kitchen, other kitchen equipment : The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, a capsule and a filter coffee machine, toaster, etc. Crockery and cutlery are provided in 12 colours. There are 12 sets of crockery and cutlery, as well as sufficient pots and pans.

Excursion possibilities: We are located in the so-called "border triangle" of Germany, Switzerland and France. We recommend excursions to Alsace, Lake Constance, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Triberg Waterfalls, Freiburg and much more. The Wutach and Ravenna gorges are well worth a visit.
Location description: Titisee is the most famous spa resort in the Black Forest. At the lake you will find the hustle and bustle of day tourists, here in the rural area you will find the peace and quiet of nature.
Other sports and leisure facilities: The adventure pool "Badeparadies Schwarzwald" in Titisee has the largest world of slides in Europe. The "Europapark" in Rust can be reached in approx. 1 hour.

The flat is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided in unlimited quantities and are included in the price.

The terrace with high-quality patio furniture is for the exclusive use of guests, as is the adjoining sunbathing lawn. There is privacy protection through planting (no fencing). The facilities also include a barbecue and deckchairs. There is a small playground at the house with a sandpit, climbing facilities, slide and swings. A large adventure playground is 300 metres away.

The holiday flat is the only rental property in the house. Please note: A shed is currently being built in the neighbourhood. According to the building plan, the work should be completed by the end of April.

    “Eine tolle FeWo die alle Wünsche erfüllt. Positiv: Die Wertschätzung der Gastgeber bis zur Abreise. Immer wieder feine Überraschungen, vom Wein bis zum Honig. Dankeschön. Negativ: Uns hat es nicht gestört, jedoch miss man sich bewusst sein; die FeWo steht nicht alleine. In der Nachbarschaft hat es einen Spielplatz und ein Cafė. Letzteres ist flexibel und auf Anmeldung kann man dort frühstücken. Restaurant: Restaurant Ahorn - Landgasthof, regionales Ausflüge: Gäg-Wäg, Schwärzenbach. beginnt oben bei der Piste, grossem Parkplatz - Abwechslungsreich, nicht Kinderwagentauglich, geht rauf und runter”

    Ea war einfach super ,sehr liebe Gastgeber hilfsbereit immer für einen da.Wir werden ganz sicher wieder dort Urlaub machen.Es hat alles gestimmt.”

    “Positiv: Es war alles vorhanden, die Ferienwohnung war komplett ausgestattet,
    es fehlte an nichts.

    Die Familie Janßen-Wehrle sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Negativ: Leider mussten wir unseren Urlaub abbrechen, da meine Frau es mit dem Ischiasnerv zu tun hat.
    Einziger Nachteile waren die Sitzgelegen- und Schlafgelegenheiten.
    Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren zu niedrig und zu hart beim sitzen,
    Die Schlafgelegenheiten waren für zwei korpulente wie wir sind zu eng.
    Kein normales Ehebett wie wir es haben 2x 90x200 cm. Freizeit: Leider kann ich hierzu keine Angaben machen!”
