Flat in Charlottenburg with small balcony

Perfect place for your holiday, very quiet apartment building in which the flat is located, also check in and out goes without personal contact, we wash towels and bed linen with special virus detergent, surfaces and door handles are disinfected.

Stuffed, high wood tiled stove, balcony. The very friendly 2½-room flat 80m² and the small balcony are illuminated by the sun from midday. The flat is on the 1st floor in the front building. High walls with stucco ceilings and a typical old Berlin wood tiled stove adorn the rooms. The rooms can be accessed individually but are connected by double doors. This allows the room to be opened up and enlarged. The bathroom in the flat can be reached via a small staircase half a floor higher, the flat is on two levels. The flat is ideal for 3 people. On the ground floor there is a bakery with breakfast and wifi, a restaurant with wonderful food is right next to the house. For young guests there is an ice-cream parlour at the playground and pizzas across the street. Details of the accommodation unit Kant am Schloss 30794, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, 1 bathroom. Kitchen is alternatively designed. Ideal film festival flat The flat is not far from Charlottenburg Palace, Olymiastadion, Grunewald, 5 minutes from the ICC exhibition halls at the radio tower, 5 minutes to Ku-Damm, a few steps from Litzensee. The street in which the flat is located is wide, planted with large trees and not very busy. It is one of the historic buildings around the castle. Unfortunately, the stucco was removed from our house in the 1950s, but the houses opposite still have very beautiful facades. Restaurant, bakery in the house, shops, hairdresser, theatre, massage, sauna, swimming pool and cafés nearby make it very pleasant. Bus and train are on the doorstep. So you can reach all places in Berlin quickly and centrally without a car. The wide pavements and the cultural and culinary specialities offer a great atmosphere for strolling and relaxing in the city centre. The hustle and bustle of the big city can hardly be felt here, rather a hustle and bustle that has been characteristic of Berlin for decades with the well-known warm Berlin flavour in the genuine Berlin air.
Ideal accommodation for business travellers and trade fair visitors.

    “Eine typische Berliner Unterkunft mitten in Charlottenburg. Beste Lage und man fühlt sich ein wenig als ob man im Museum übernachten darf :-)
    Kritik: Beim Badezimmer nervt das Museums Feeling (bücken um in der Badewanne zu duschen, komische Treppe zum Bad), und Endreinigung viel zu teuer!”

    “Positiv: Das Objekt ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.
    Die Auswahl der Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut.
    Die Möbel, die hohen mit Stuck verzierten Decken, die Kronleuchter, passt alles perfekt zur Berliner Altbauwohnung.
    Sauberkeit und sonstige Ausstattung sind einwandfrei. Negativ: Das Bad sollte dringend saniert werden.
    Auch die Küche ist leider sehr einfach gehalten.”

    “Also für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt in Berlin mit wenig Körperpflege und guter Ferienwohnung vorher und nachher, ist dieser Standard akzeptabel. Wer länger plant muß schon deutliche Abstriche akzeptieren. Positiv: Die Mitarbeiterin, der Firma bekommt für Freundlichkeit und Engagement 5 Sterne. Die Lage in Charlottenburg ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Negativ: Das Bad mit der Treppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man kann weder baden, weil der Stöpsel fehlt und nur mit der Dusche in der Hand duschen, während die zwei Vorhänge nicht schließen, weil eine Leitung quer über die Badewanne läuft und das Abwasserrohr des oberen Stocks längs über die Wanne verläuft. Das ist Standard Berlin 1920. Die Badzimmertür schließt nicht und wenn sie schließt benötigt man die o.g. freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die die Tür knackt.”
