Nice holiday home in Grimersum with large garden

This beautiful Frisian house is situated in a wonderfully quiet and direct canal location with its own jetty. It is staggered and built together with another Frisian house on the corner. The holiday home is fenced in. You have the opportunity to go fishing, boating, swimming and much more.the comfortable house is furnished with attention to detail. It has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed and an attic with a pull-out sofa. 2 bathrooms with shower/WC (1 each on the ground floor and first floor), as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. The cosy living room has a wood-burning stove and TV. The beautiful garden with terrace borders directly on the canal. Fishing is possible.     “Schönes Ferienhaus mit solider Ausstattung. Gut für Urlaub mit Haustier geeignet. Eigener PKW ist allerdings unverzichtbar. Positiv: Ruhiges Grundstück, großes Haus. Optimal zum abschalten und entspannen in Familie. Negativ: WLAN ist sehr schwankend. In der heutigen Zeit sollte an einer stabilen und anhaltenden Verbindung gearbeitet werden. Zumal das Nachbarhaus ( angebautes Haus ) die gleiche Verbindung nutzt ! Ich hätte mir mehr Vorteile für meine "Nord-SeeCard " ( Gästekarte für Kurtaxe ) gewünscht.”

    “Positiv: Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig abgelegen von Verkehr und Windparks. Durch den Kanal und das naturbelassene Grundstück kann die ländliche norddeutsche Idylle sehr gut genossen werden. Das Haus ist geräumig und enthält eine gute Grundausstattung. Negativ: Durch die fehlenden Fliegenfenster mussten wir jeden Abend auf Mückenjagd gehen und dabei zwangsläufig die Wände etwas beflecken.
    Doch wäre es schön, wenn wenigstens ein Schrank in der Kochnische für private Vorräte frei wäre.

    Das Haus enthält einige maritime und örtliche Details, doch insgesamt vermisst man im Haus maritimes Flair. Der bayrische Wandschmuck in den Fenstern über der Treppe und einige bayrische Trinkgläser passen nicht in die Umgebung. Solche Details deuten darauf hin, dass die Eigentümer an ihren Immobilien vor allem Geld verdienen wollen und sich weniger für deren Standorte interessieren. Die einheimische Bevölkerung ist, wie wir gesehen haben, gerade gut genug für die Reinigung der Objekte und das Weitergeben der Einnahmen an die Eigentümer. Es wäre schön, wenn Einheimische auch bei der Ausgestaltung der Häuser mit einbezogen werden.”
