Holiday home with garden, terrace and barbecue

Comfortably furnished holiday home in a quiet, central residential area. Short walking distance to the bakery, centre and self-service markets.
The North Sea with its beautiful, maritime fishing villages and beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car.
We have space for 5 adults

Town of Schortens, state-recognised health resort.
Your holiday home is located in Heidmühle, the main part of Schortens.
There is a small shopping mile in the centre.
Other sports and leisure facilities: There are 120 km of cycle paths around the town of Schortens.

On the ground floor there is a cosy upholstered suite with 6 seats, as well as a large dining table, buffet cupboard, chests of drawers, side table, flat screen TV 32 inch, DVD, CD player, small library, various social games for all ages. Exit to the large, covered terrace, naturally also with seating. Separate kitchen with all comfort and necessary equipment.
Garage with 6 different bicycles. Storage for the bikes you bring with you. Large covered terrace, various seating areas, fenced, secluded garden.

The seaside towns of Hooksiel, Horumersiel, Neuharlingersiel or Bensersiel 10 km. 10 km to the naval town of Wilhelmshaven, with many different museums.

    “TOLLES Haus.

    Pro:
    Das Haus liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Der Garten hat unserem Hund gut gefallen .

    Contra:
    ETWAS MEHR GARTENPFLEGE. Der Teich ist nicht mehr sichtbar. SCHADE. Ebenfalls müsste das Tor im Garten zur Wiese repariert werden. Ach ja, der angegebene Eierkocher war nicht mehr vorhanden und der Wasserkocher war verkalkt. ( KEINE KRITIK NUR INFORMATIV).”

    Der Garten im Spätherbst wurde von unserem Gärtner noch nicht bearbeitet, so sind halt noch etliche Blätter am stürmischen Tage im Umlauf...
    Die Holzgartentür verzieht sich gerne, durch etwas anheben lässt sie sich aber gut öffnen.
    Der Eierkocher ist zu finden im oberen Bereich des Küchen-Schrankes!!! (Eckschrank)
    Falls der Wasserkocher etwas verkalkt war, der in der Küche stehende Essig sorgt da für Abhilfe.
    Sie sind uns aber immer wieder herzlich willkommen.

    “Positiv: Ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus, was sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt dort an nichts. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nicht weit vom Ortskern entfernt. Auch die Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen und beantworten Fragen. Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!! Negativ: Es gab wirklich nichts, was zu beanstanden wäre. Ausflüge: Hooksiel - Am Aussenhafen von Hooksiel parken und dort kann man unendlich am Strand laufen... danach am Imbiss ist der Backfisch einfach nur zu empfehlen. ;-)”

    “Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt, jetzt auch mit hervorragendem Internet :).
    Es fehlt an nichts, es ist wirklich die beste Ausstattung in einem Ferienhaus, die ich je hatte. Restaurant: La Trottoria - Kleines italienisches Restaurant mit sehr nettem Personal, einer guten Auswahl an klassischen Gerichten, vernünftige Portionen zu einem fairen Preis. Ausflüge: Schillig - Als Hundehalter ist ein Ausflug zum Hundestrand in Schilli eigentlich immer Programmpunkt.”

    Pro:
    Die ganze Einrichtung war super schick, zum wohlfühlen.
    Optimal noch die überdachte Terrasse mit zusätzlichen eingezäunten Garten, auch für meinen Hund.”
