The holiday home "FÜNFJAHRESZEITEN" in Bodstedt (near Fischland-Darß-Zingst) with water view and direct quiet location at the nature reserve / nature reserve and Bodden location is completed on 01.04.2016.
It is tastefully furnished to a high standard, e.g. with a fully equipped kitchen (Miele), sauna (bio/steam), spacious floor-level showers, free-standing bathtub in the bedroom, a three-sided gas fireplace (hotel comfort switch) for the cold season, underfloor heating, fly screens and much more.

The property is completely fenced in with a fence (height 1.20 metres).
An absolute must for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Whether from the living room, the kitchen or from the bedrooms, the landscape conservation area is a wonderful natural spectacle after the mowing with cranes and other bird species. Even in the winter months you can watch deer, hares, white-tailed eagles (willow 1.8-2.3m approx. 150m away) and other game and animals.

The house has a living space of over 160m² and a plot size of 1200m².
The ground floor is divided into 84m² kitchen, guest WC, hallway, utility room, living room, kitchen and dining room. The surrounding bankai terrace has an area of over 100m². Depending on the season, you will find a cosy place to linger.

The upper floor has an area of 82 m² and is divided into two spacious bedrooms with a marvellous view of the Bodden, 2 bathrooms with spacious showers and a sauna.
There are also spacious balconies off the bedrooms and bathrooms.

A dreamlike environment with village character, directly at the nature reserve, the European cycle path and the forests invite you to extensive walks, hikes and bike rides.
If you are looking for a restful holiday, relaxation and a little luxury close to nature/water, this is the place for you.
The small Bodden beach in Bodstedt, right by the harbour, makes for a carefree beach holiday. The beautiful beaches such as Zingst/Prerow/Weststrand/Nordstrand and Pramort (wilderness) can also be reached in approx. 10/15 minutes. There is also a dog beach for the four-legged friends in Prerow and Zingst. Your local host (Mrs Marina Krake) is always available for tips and recommendations.

    “Bei einer 5 Sterne Unterkunft zu diesem Preis, erwarte ich, dass alles in Top-Zustand ist. Positiv: Whirlpool, Lage und äußerlicher Gesamteindruck sind gut. Negativ: Das Haus befindet sich noch im Winterschlaf. Das Mobiliar auf Balkon/Terassenbereich hat überall Spinnennetze und seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Im Bad, auf der Treppe und auf dem Sofa waren Tierhaare.”

    Unsere Urlauber sind zu 95 % mit Hund. Leider klappt es nicht immer, jedes einzelne Haar zu erwischen. Unsere Reinigungskraft saugt, wischt und saugt dann nochmals nach.
    Unsere Gartenmöbel bestehen auch hier aus 90% Teakholz. Rund um das Haus haben Sie Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auf jeden Balkon stehen Gartenmöbel zum verweilen. Die Spinnennetze haben gerade Hochkonjunktur. Das ist der Jahreszeit geschuldet. Die können Sie morgens entfernen und keine 3 Stunden später sind sie wieder da.
    Wir hoffen Sie konnten die Zeit trotzdem genießen und wünschen Ihnen alles GUTE.”
