Small studio in the countryside for 2 people

In the heart of the Cotentin marshes park, this charming studio has been completely renovated in an old barn, with care taken to preserve the spirit and materials of the period, and has been awarded 3-star furnished tourist accommodation status. This large ground-floor studio can accommodate up to 2 people, with a dining area and double bed. 32-inch television, WIFI. Fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, etc.) Bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

The estate is located at the end of a long private avenue, far from any noise pollution, in a quiet, authentic and tastefully restored environment. Its geographical location in the centre of the département means it is easy and quick to get to all the tourist attractions on this peninsula steeped in history.

The small stable, separate from the house, is 35 m2 and sleeps 2 with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and sitting area. 32-inch television, WIFI. Fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, etc.) Bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

Ideally situated in the centre of the Cotentin peninsula, you'll have quick access to the 2 very different coasts that the English Channel has to offer; to the east, wild landscapes marked by history from the Baie des Veys to the tip of Barfleur, while the dunes, footpaths and tourist beaches of the west coast will seduce you from the Baie d'Ecalgrain to the foot of Mont Saint Michel. Holidaymakers who discover La Manche come back again and again, impressed by the vastness of its landscapes and the diversity of its activities. There are some great walks where you can discover the flora and fauna specific to the marshes, the Norman bocage and the maritime environment.

The owner of this former family farm is an artist by trade! This sculptor and designer exhibits his work in a gallery in the house. This discreet and talented artist offers a wide range of courses, from a simple look at his work to raising awareness and even perfecting his skills for the more assiduous.
