This large ground-floor studio can accommodate up to 2 people, with a dining area and double bed. 32-inch television, WIFI. Fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, etc.) Bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
The estate is located at the end of a long private avenue, far from any noise pollution, in a quiet, authentic and tastefully restored environment. Its geographical location in the centre of the département means it is easy and quick to get to all the tourist attractions on this peninsula steeped in history.

There are some great walks where you can discover the flora and fauna specific to the marshes, the Norman bocage and the maritime environment.
The owner of this former family farm is an artist by trade! This sculptor and designer exhibits his work in a gallery in the house. This discreet and talented artist offers a wide range of courses, from a simple look at his work to raising awareness and even perfecting his skills for the more assiduous.
