This traditional finca is located in the beautiful and quiet area of Binifarda, just 4 km from Felanitx and 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Porto Colom and Cala D'Or in Mallorca. The garden offers large lawns with fruit trees where the children can run around and play, as well as a goldfish pond.
To the rear of the villa is a large covered terrace with a long dining table and chill out area overlooking the pool and garden. There is a brick built barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and anchored beach umbrellas. The garden offers lawns and fruit trees. Covered car park.
