The house is situated on a large plot in a quiet area.
Outside there is a swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. There are two brick barbecues and ovens. Parking spaces and a children's playground are also available.
This villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room. There is also a living room with a sofa bed for two persons and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The ground floor has three bedrooms. One has a double bed and a private bathroom, another has two single beds and the last has a double bed and a private bathroom in the annexe. On the upper floor there are four more bedrooms. One room has two single beds, while the other three each have a double bed and a private bathroom.
The house is only four kilometres from the sandy beach of Ragusa. From here, you can quickly reach several interesting excursion destinations and the filming locations of the Montalbano saga. Catania airport is 125 km away, Comiso airport 45 km and Pozzallo airport 13 km.
The owners live in the immediate vicinity and are available if needed.
