There is a small, independent terrace with a sea view and garden furniture as well as a large communal area where there is a garden with barbecue and outdoor shower.
The flats were built in the 1980s but undergo renovations every year to adapt them to modern requirements.
This flat is ideal for four people and has an independent entrance and outdoor area with a small terrace overlooking the sea. It consists of: double bedroom, bathroom, living room kitchen.
The property, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and pinewoods, hosts other accommodations of the Bartolini family, accommodations always in small villas and in nice flats of recent construction such as Villa Artemide. The village is 1.7 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car, where guests can take advantage of a private car park. Otherwise, they can always reach the village by taking the historical path that leads from the Sanctuary to the main square of Capoliveri.
