Holiday house with terrace, barbecue and garden

This newly built, detached holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of Umag, a famous tennis town and holiday oasis with numerous beaches to choose from. Located in a quiet side street of the village of Petrovija, on a large green lawn, where you can relax in complete peace. Beaches in and around Umag are easily and quickly accessible. Restaurants and shops can be reached within minutes.

The garden with its green lawn offers plenty of space for children to play or for sunbathing. It is also easy to find shade around the house.

The house with a living area of 120 m2 offers two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer, mirror and washbasin. There is also a washing machine in the large bathroom. One room has a double bed, the second room has a queen-size bed and the third room has two separate beds. The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining table is located in a separate room opposite the kitchen, where there is plenty of room to move around. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, where there is a TV and air conditioning. Directly from the living room you have access to the beautiful and spacious terrace, which offers plenty of shade. Each room also has a separate small terrace.

Spar, Lidl and Kaufland supermarkets are only a few minutes away. There are also restaurants: one right across the street and others within walking distance.

The front door can only be reached by stairs, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

    “Sehr schönes, neues, modernes und großzügiges Einfamilienhaus/Ferienhaus mit großer Terrasse. Voll ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern etc.). Ruhige Lage außerhalb des Dorfes Petrovija, was wir sehr genossen haben. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar (Lidl, Kaufland, Spar, Plodine). Eine Bäckerei findet man nur direkt in Umag. Zum Strand bei Duba waren es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, dort findet man unter vielen Bäumen ausreichend Schatten (50 Kuna Parkgebühr, aber empfehlenswert). Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen.”

    “Das neugebaute Haus "auf grüner Wiese" befindet sich auf dem Olivenfeld/Grundstück des Vermieters, welcher als Nachbar im nächststehenden Haus älteren Baujahres und abgegrenzt durch eine flache Mauer wohnt. Das Haus ist konzepzionell, aus meiner Sicht, ein gelungener Entwurf und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Terasse, Küche, Wohnraum, Badezimmer, sind beste Voraussetzung, um nach einem anstrengenden Familienausflug sich auszuruhen und auch mal eine Stunde länger auf zu bleiben oder morgens eine Stunde länger zu frühstücken und Kraft für den neuen Tag zu sammeln. In einem Umkreis von 5 Autominuten sind Lidl, Spar, Kaufland und Tankstellen zu erreichen. In weitere 5 Minuten kommt man an den Hafen (und Bummelmeile) von Umag, diverse Konoba's und an Strandabschnitte zum spazieren, sonnen oder schwimmen. Ein eigenes Wort noch zum Vermieter. Eine überaus herzliche und gastfreundliche Familie, netter Empfang mit Apfelsaft für die Kinder und einer leckeren Weissweinflasche aus der Istrischen Heimat. Zwischendurch haben wir Decken für den Strand gebraucht, den Terassenschirm "geklaut" und hier und da ein paar Fragen gehabt. Wir wurde von der lieben Vermieterin erstklassig betreut. Für unseren nächsten Urlaub werden wir Unterkunft und Umgebung ganz klar in die Waagschaale der nächsten potenziellen Ziele werfen.

    Wer auf exzellentes Olivenöl mit eigenem Charakter wert legt, braucht nicht die Umgebung abzusuchen. Die Vermieterin selbst stellt die edlen Tropfen her.”
