These brand new, detached and ground-floor bungalows are located in the sustainable and car-free holiday park Water Village, which will open its doors in July 2019.The bungalows are built with sustainable materials and are heated with a heat pump instead of natural gas. Electricity is generated partially by solar panels. Maintenance also happens in a sustainable way. The interior is modern and complete. There's a smart TV in the living room (with underfloor heating) and the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each boxspring beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. There are two bathrooms ensuite (with underfloor heating) with walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet.You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There also is a storage room with washing machine and dryer. You can park at the central parking lot.Holiday park Water Village is a completely new park and is still under construction. We will try to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. The images are artist's impressions. Once the photos are available, they will be added.
