This holiday flat is located on the first floor and has two floors. On the lower floor (1st floor) guests have access to a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor (2nd floor), where two further bedrooms and a bathroom are located. The bedrooms offer a total of six beds. A sofa bed in the living room also offers space for two more persons. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. The kitchenette is equipped with the usual kitchen appliances, such as oven, cooker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and sufficient crockery. The flat is also equipped with a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Each room is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring pleasant temperatures in the flat even on hot days.
Each floor has a balcony and a roof terrace. The balcony on the lower floor overlooks the garden, while the roof terrace on the upper floor offers views as far as the sea and Mount Etna. Garden furniture is provided by the owner.
