Villa del Mar is situated in a prime, quiet and exclusive location on Monte Pego near Denia with far-reaching views across the Mediterranean to Ibiza. In a few minutes you can reach the most beautiful and longest sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca in El Verger, Oliva and Denia. In Denia you will find an interesting beach and nightlife as well as many leisure and shopping facilities. From Denia harbour you can take the ferry to Mallorca and Ibiza. The airports of Valencia or Alicante can be reached in approx. one hour.

Through the majestic entrance gate, past the beautiful palm garden, you reach the entrance to the villa on the ground floor. Here you are welcomed into the cosy, central living room with its romantic fireplace and cosy atmosphere.
From the living room you reach the stylish dining room with neighbouring American kitchen, two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom - ensuite. The living room is extended to the sea side by a beautiful loggia. It offers a fascinating view of the sea and the entire coastal area as far as Gandia. The loggia also has an outside door with stairs to the pool terrace.

An internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where there is a further bedroom, a combined living/bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda with large sliding glass doors to the pool terrace.
All rooms can be pleasantly air-conditioned at any time of the year as required - with modern, economical inverter air conditioning systems - cold or warm. In winter, they also serve as heating. The fireplace in the living room is a favourite for cooler days or long evenings, and its automatic firebox makes it child's play to operate. All bedroom windows are fitted with roller shutters. Double glazing and solid wood doors in every room perfectly complement the comfortable furnishings.

You have sole use of the entire property.

From the living area you enter the very private pool terrace with outdoor shower, barbecue and shady veranda.
The veranda was recently fitted with large, flexible sliding glass elements in all fronts, which can be opened as desired. This makes it possible to enjoy the fantastic panorama at any time and in any weather.
The beautiful, heated pool with its Roman steps immediately invites you to take a dip.
From the entire pool level, you can enjoy a magnificent and unforgettable panoramic view of the turquoise-coloured sea, the wonderful Mediterranean landscape and the majestic mountains of the Segaria range.
Another spacious terrace awaits you at the beautiful palm garden, in front of the entrance area of the house. Whether you simply want to relax, sunbathe, daydream or observe the interesting tropical plants - everything here is entirely up to you.

-> Barrier-free access :
You can drive your car right up to the front door and reach the main living floor with living room, dining room and kitchen at ground level, which makes loading and unloading luggage or shopping much easier.

-> Pool heating :
The pool can be heated with an electric heat pump. The heat pump runs fully automatically and can raise the water temperature of the pool by up to 3°C per day. You can order the pool heating when you arrive and decide whether and when you want to use the system depending on the current weather conditions. The pool heater can be used above a daily minimum temperature of 10°C.

In the surrounding area you will find leisure parks, aqua parks, a marine animal park with a great dolphin and sea lion show and all kinds of water sports.
Lively Benidorm, known as the Manhattan of the Costa Blanca, can be reached in 30 minutes. In addition to theme parks, renowned restaurants, shopping centres and casinos, you should definitely visit the world-class variety show at the Benidorm Palace.
Nature lovers can explore interesting mountain valleys with their waterfalls, stalactite caves or the famous Jalon Valley. You can sample the region's excellent wines for yourself in a bodega in Jalon.
There's also the glass-bottom boat trip that you've always wanted to take....
You will also find plenty of opportunities for special shopping at the weekly and farmers' markets nearby and a day in the shopping centre in Ondara will pass like two hours. The possibilities are far from over, but perhaps your holiday is.....,

    “Accomodatie was perfect. De ligging boven op een berg is prachtig voor het uitzicht. We vonden het wel een rit berg af en opper dag. De buitenruimte gaf meer een appartement gevoel weinig zonneruimte.”

    “Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde hier wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Von den weiten Blicken über die Reisfelder und das Meer von der Poolterrasse und aus den Fenstern des Hauses konnten wir gar nicht genug bekommen.
    Herr Kleine ist ein sehr netter, sorgfältiger und aufmerksamer Vermieter.
    Wir freuen uns schon darauf, im nächsten Jahr wieder hier zu sein.”
