The terrace - It has about 30 m2, is very sunny, south facing and the sun shines on it from very early in the morning until late in the afternoon. It is covered with an awning, which can be partially or completely removed at will. There is a table and four armchairs with cushions and sun loungers, chairs and beach umbrellas. The terrace, which is sheltered from the view of the neighbouring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, eating outdoors, reading in the evenings or enjoying the summer nights. From the terrace you can access the roof terrace.
The lounge/dining room has a dining table and four chairs, a sofa, an entrance console and a silverware cabinet. It has air conditioning and heating, wifi and cable internet connection and satellite TV (national and foreign channels).
The master bedroom has a double bed (135 x 190 cm), two bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. It has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The double bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 190 cm, a bedside table, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped: fridge, ceramic hob, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, iron, kettle, etc. and all kitchen utensils.
Bathroom - There is only one bathroom, with shower, 135 cm bathtub, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.
The garage: There is a parking space for one car.
The quiet town of Chipiona is located in the northwest of the coast of Cadiz, on the Costa de la Luz, only 52 km. from Cadiz, the capital of the province and the oldest city in the West (3.000 years old).
The origins of Chipiona date back to Roman times. Perhaps the most emblematic monument of Chipiona is its lighthouse, which dates back to 1867 and is built on the Punta del Perro, in the same place where Quintus Servilius Cepion had its tower built in 140 BC.
We can also see the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Regla, with its 15th century Mudejar cloister and the image of the Virgin (12th or 13th century). The Parish Church of Ntra.Sra de La O (16th century), the Castle which was probably built on top of another of Arab origin around 1295 and the Corrales de Pesquería (believed to be Roman).
From Chipiona, we can visit the Bodegas, the School of Equestrian Art and the Circuito de Velocidad (in Jerez); the horse races on the beach of Sanlúcar, or take the Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos, in the Sierra de Cádiz, in the north of the province. The route leads into the Grazalema Nature Reserve, declared a Biosphere Reserve, a must for those who enjoy active and rural tourism.
And just a few kilometres away, on the other side of the river, another Nature Reserve, Doñana.
From Chipiona we can make excursions to Cádiz (52 Km), to Seville (105 Km), to Jerez de la Frontera (27 Km), to Ronda (150 Km), to Setenil de las Bodegas (140Km), to Málaga (260 Km), to Gibraltar (145 Km), to Tarifa, the city of wind (150 Km), to Portugal, Vila Real de Santo Antonio (250 Km), and even to Morocco. For Morocco we have to go by road to Algeciras (130 Km) and there embark on the ferry to Ceuta (1 hour crossing, 6 crossings per day) or to Tangier (1 hour crossing, 40 crossings per week). It is possible to take the car on board.
In Chipiona and the surrounding area you can see and practice a multitude of activities, but above all you can enjoy its 14 kilometres of magnificent beaches of fine golden sand, several of which have been awarded the Blue Flag of Clean Seas of Europe.
