The sunny altitude of the village offers a unique view of the mountains Rachel (the Germans' favourite mountain, 1453 m) and Lusen (1371 m) and, with good visibility, even the Alps are within reach. The outstanding climatic low mountain range landscape offers excellent air quality and naturally pure spring water. No through traffic. Ideal starting point for short and long hikes. Recreation, fun and activities are on offer at any time of year.

The marvellous location of the village, the warmth of the people and the hospitality of our house will make you forget the stress of everyday life and find relaxation. Very good local restaurants serving Bavarian and international cuisine are within easy walking distance of the house. A bus stop is a three-minute walk from the house, a bathing lake with sunbathing lawn and trim trail is only a 5-minute walk from the house. Shopping facilities are within a radius of 5 km.

The Bavarian Forest is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Central Europe. In this marvellous natural landscape, you can wonderfully "let your soul dangle". Countless paths and trails lead through unspoilt nature in pure, aromatic air. And those who prefer a quieter pace will find dreamy spots everywhere.     bot viel Platz.
    Service und Vermieterin sehr angenehm, Brötchenservice top. Das Angebot selbstgemachte Marmelade zu erwerben haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Auch Einladung zum Leberkäse-Essen mit zahlreichen leckeren, selbst gemachten Salaten war echt sehr gut. Auch wenn wir sonst nicht die absoluten Fans von warmen Leberkäse sind. Aber es war eine angenehme Erfahrung.”
