Holiday flat "Le Panomagique" with pool

Flat with spacious terrace and panoramic view, very close to the old town The flat is located near the old town of Villefranche sur Mer, in a well-kept and secure luxury residence with a private car park and a communal pool with park.

The flat has two terraces (each approx. 10m2) with garden furniture. From the south-facing terrace, you have a unique panorama over the Cap Ferrat peninsula and the bay of Villefranche sur Mer as well as the old town. The complex has a security guard, a communal pool (which is never overcrowded even in summer), a private car park and a Mediterranean park. The entire complex, including the pool and park, is floodlit at night (in case anyone wants to swim a few laps late in the evening). Although the pool is not heated, it can be used from the end of May to the end of September. However, it is open all year round for those who simply want to relax and unwind in the sun by the pool.

The 65 m2 flat is fully equipped and furnished. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (2m x 1.60m and 2m x 1.40m). The accommodation is fully equipped with a washing machine, plenty of crockery and cutlery, TV, WIFI, terrace furniture, towels, toaster, kettle, tables, bed linen, etc. The landlord is also happy to provide you with a Nespresso machine (with capsules).

In the old town of Villefranche (approx. 10 minutes on foot) you will find numerous grocery shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, bars and souvenir shops. There is a bus stop directly in front of the residence with very good connections to Nice, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Eze and Monaco (bus lines 100 and 81 every 10 to 15 minutes). So you can easily explore the whole of the Cote d'Azur from here without a car. If you prefer to travel by car, a private car park is available. The train station is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. From there you can get to Ventimiglia, Cannes, St Tropez and Marseilles.

    “The apartment was just great and the view from the balcony was just amazing. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities you could wish for and the shared pool was a real bonus.

    The apartment is situated close to a bus stop which stretches from Nice to Menton so good way to get around and there is also the train nearby as well which can get you to all resorts along the Cote d Azur.

    The apartment itself is situated in the hillside so it's about a 10-15 minute walk down to the town/ beaches, beware though it's quite a climb back up so for the less abled or with families with small children you may want to consider hiring a car to get around.”
