This 95 square metre, bright and loft-like spacious flat with an open roof truss has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony. It is located on the second floor of the house and can be reached via a separate staircase. The living room has an upholstered corner suite with a flat-screen TV and a reading corner. There is also a spacious kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and dining area. One bedroom has a high-quality, 180 cm wide box-spring bed, the other has two single box-spring beds and a blackout blind. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and double washbasin. There is also a hairdryer.

The south-facing balcony invites you to relax.

    “Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt über die Weihnachtsfeiertage im Ferienhaus Linder. Familie Linder sind tolle Gastgeber und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Man wird sehr, sehr nett Empfangen mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ist nicht zu übertreffen. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll dekoriert und ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Boxspringbetten sind unglaublich bequem und das Bad ein Traum. Man kann hier ankommen, enschleunigen und direkt Urlaub machen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Seitenstraße und es ist ruhig. Man kann fußläufig trotzdem alles erreichen und ist in ca.10 Minuten in den Ort spaziert. Es gibt viele Geschäfte zur Grundversorgung, Skiverleih, viele andere kleine Geschäfte und ein großes Gastronomieangebot für alle Geschmäcker. Durch die Allgäu-Walser Gästekarte hat man viele Vergünstigungen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.”
