Lovely semi-detached bungalow in a block of four, located on a small-scale park. Linked bungalow in a block of four, located on a small-scale park just outside the town of Stavenisse. Located on the island of Tholen. This house is extended and unlike other houses on this park, this house is suitable for six people.

The bungalow has been extended to 90 m² and was remodelled in 2018, making the living room more spacious and full of light. The room has a separate seating area to watch TV and from that corner you look at the open kitchen that has an induction hob, a combi microwave with six-minute technology, a new dishwasher and a fridge with a 50-litre freezer compartment. There is a normal coffee maker and a Senseo machine. There is a utility room with washing machine. Two senior beds.

The garden offers a lot of privacy and is completely fenced. There is a large terrace with a porch that is translucent and has outdoor lighting. On the terrace there is an aluminium garden set with four chairs and two six-legged chairs, two deck chairs and a barbecue. There is also a low side table and two stacking chairs. The garden is fenced and therefore also very suitable for children and dogs.

This holiday home in Stavenisse is also accessible for the disabled. The holiday home has wide doors and the bathroom has a wide walk-in shower. The paving is laid in such a way that wheelchair users can enter via the terrace. This bungalow can be booked in combination with the house at the front which can be accessed via a garden door (see object number 1436246). This allows disabled parents and children to holiday together yet separately, each in their own house. This bungalow is at the front of the park and is equipped with wifi and close to all park facilities including an all-weather tennis court, swimming pool, restaurant, car park, playground with swings, trampoline and slide and there is a kids club. A trolley to bring your belongings to the house is available. The bungalow also has a cot and a highchair. The holiday park is otherwise free of traffic. All facilities you can use are free of charge as a guest. The restaurant and bar has Wi-Fi and the kids club has billiards and table tennis, books and TV. Swimming is possible in the open air swimming pool on the park and at the jetties, in the port of Stavenisse and at Gorishoek, behind the characteristic village of St Maartensdijk. The swimming pool is open from June to 15 September.

The park is located near the characteristic village of Stavenisse and the lake Oosterschelde. The entire Oosterschelde has been the largest National Park in the Netherlands for almost 11 years. Because of its very unique and varied underwater world, the Oosterschelde is very popular with divers all over the world. Some popular spots are Stavenisse and Wissenkerke. Via the Oester Dam, the longest dam of the Delta Works at 22 km, you reach the peninsula of Zuid-Beveland. Here you will find the Zuid-Beveland pocket, a fascinating nature area with orchards, fields and grasslands. This area is among the most beautiful polder landscapes in the Netherlands.
