Cottage "Timrad bagarstuga"

Unique accommodation in a renovated baker's house from the 1800s, built to a very high standard, in a scenic location in Tavelsjöbygden in the Umeå municipality, between Umeå and Vindeln in the Västerbotten province.

Excellently located house with sunshine from morning to evening on clear days.

Large house with a ridge height, an oven, and a wood-burning stove. A cozy sleeping loft with two 80 cm wide beds. A seating area with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) and two armchairs, a dining area, a 40-inch TV, and a retro-style multi-sound system (the oven, however, is not for guests' use).

Well-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.

Adjoining bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be put together or separated. Underfloor heating.

Bathroom with a sink, water closet, and shower. Underfloor heating.

Activities in the area: Summer: Golf driving range (1 km), fishing in Vindelälven (4 km), Tavelsjöleden hiking trail (7 km), Bangolf Tavelsjö (10 km), swimming in Hundsjön (7 km) and Tavelsjön (10 km), Mickelbo Gård mini park (11 km). Winter: 20 km long ice skating rink on Tavelsjön (10 km), electric cross-country ski trails in Tavelsjö (8 km) and Rödåsel (7 km), downhill skiing in Buberget, Vindeln (30 km), and Äventyrsbacken Kassjö (25 km).

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Heleneborgs Gard und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
    Wer gerne Platz um sich herum hat und Ruhe sucht , ist hier richtig. Positiv: Heleneborgs Gard ist ruhig gelegen auf einer Anhöhe, ca. 4 km zur Route 363. Tavelsjö ist 15 min entfernt am See gelegen. Dort gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants. Unser rotes Häuschen war liebevoll eingerichtet , 2 Personen können direkt im Haus schlafen. Weitere 2 Personen können im dazugehörigen Gästehäuschen übernachten. Die schöne Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, ein Kaminofen ist vorhanden. Wäsche waschen und trocknen ist möglich. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und wohnt in der Nachbarschaft.”
