Villa Clair de Lune - Private swimming pool - Jacuzzi
Situated on a hillside facing the Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime, this beautiful villa, furnished and decorated to a high standard, has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It also has a jacuzzi. It is located in a very quiet residential area just a few minutes from Plage de la Nartelle. The town centre can be reached in just a few minutes by car, with no risk of traffic jams.
Ground floor:
- Beautiful air-conditioned living room with access to the outside, divided into 3 areas: lounge with 2 sofas that can accommodate all the guests, large TV screen, dining area for 8 people and the very well equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, microwave, various crockery)
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x200 with wardrobes and en suite shower room to share (shower, washbasin)
- Access to terrace
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 2x80 or double bed 160x200 with wardrobe
- Separate WC
- Garage used as laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities)
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: Double bed 160x200 with dressing room
- Bedroom 4: Double bed 160x200 with dressing room
- Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC
- Large covered terrace with family table and chairs and gas barbecue
- Private swimming pool (7.5mx3.5m) in front of the villa (heated on request at extra cost***) and outdoor shower only from May to October
- Jacuzzi available from April to October only
- Various areas around the pool with hammocks, garden furniture and deckchairs x8

Reception and key collection times :
Monday to Friday between 3pm and 6pm maximum.
Saturdays (July - August) between 4pm and 6pm maximum.
Sundays and public holidays (except Saturdays): independent arrival from 3pm (key box, details given after booking).
If you wish to arrive outside these times, please enquire before booking.
*** Pool heating only available from June to September, weather permitting. We reserve the right to refuse to heat the pool at any time prior to arrival if we consider that the weather conditions do not allow it. All cancellations must be requested at least 15 days prior to arrival, failing which the service will be payable in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur a supplement of fifty euros for unforeseen travel by the professional. Please contact us for further information.
