2017 newly built 4-room holiday home on 2 levels in Groß Schwansee. The place is located about 13 km west of the castle town of Klütz and about 15 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.Stylish living area with adjoining, open kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) as well as seating for max. 6 people (children allowed) and access to the furnished terrace with barbecue facilities. A fireplace provides additional comfort in the living area.A shower room with a small sauna (4 sqm) and an extra guest toilet complete the rooms on the ground floor.There are 3 separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower.Groß Schwansee itself has a beautiful natural beach, which is only 800 m away.It is about 15 km to the long, well-kept Boltenhagen sandy beach. Here you have ideal conditions for relaxed (sun) bathing, for sports & games or for long and relaxing walks in every season. The Baltic Sea resort awaits its guests with a long pier, a spa park, a promenade and numerous cafes & restaurants as well as smaller shops.Klütz is about 13 km away.Boltenhagen is about 15 km away. In the Tarnewitz district there is a marina (Marina Weiße Wiek). Enjoy a coffee or a piece of cake on one of the restaurant terraces with a view over the water or take a stroll along the long promenade.
