The ground floor is large and open plan, with the kitchen, dining room and living room connected. The spacious and modern kitchen with dining table is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with shower. Additional guest toilet.
On the upper floor is the master suite, which is accessed via an impressive tiled staircase and is a real delight. It has an en suite bathroom with bathtub as well as direct access to a private terrace with breathtaking views over the green forests of Artà.
The house has limited air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms and Wifi.
