Independent holiday home with private swimming pool near Montepulciano, obtained from an ancient Leopoldina dwelling of the 18th Century, immersed in the Natural Reserve of Lake Montepulciano, a few kilometers from Montepulciano. The property includes 2 hectares of totally fenced outdoor space, with relaxation areas, playground, barbecue area, soccer field. Take the opportunity to organize a wine tour in the cellars that produce the Nobile di Montepulciano wine, visit the Val d’Orcia and Pienza, at only 30 km distance, or organize an excursion on Lake Trasimeno, which is just 12 km from here. Montepulciano (15 km) with its history and its noble wine offers countless typical places and cellars where you can taste local products. Guests can use mountain bikes on request. Other destinations not to be missed are: Siena 60 Km, Florence 120 Km, Perugia 59 Km, while for shopping, a famous outlet is only 22 km from here. The owner lives inside the property in an apartment detached from the villa, with absolute respect for guests' privacy. One of the bedrooms has access only from the outside.
