Featuring a private terrace with a barbecue, this 3-bedroom holiday home is in Rübeland. It is equipped with central heating and is ideal for a group of 8 or families with children.

Choice of activities are numerous. Cycling and hiking trails will take you along the pristine nature. Cross-country trails and toboggan slopes are for fun during winters. Forest is at 1 km to discover the wildlife. Supermarket is a short drive away and restaurants are at 1 km. You could even visit some interesting locations such as Rübeländer dripstone caves, the Brocken, Harzer narrow-gauge railway, and Königshütter Waterfall.

The roofed terrace is great for an evening outdoors with the barbecue. Children can be merry in the furnished garden - they can romp and play until their heart's content. You can relax in the living-dining room with the cozy central heating. 2 pets can stay at € 5/Pet/Night. There is parking and high chair for the kids.

Airport lies 100km away and public transport is at 1km.

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr schlicht, die Geschirrausstattung sehr spartanisch (da könnte es etwas mehr sein) die Töpfe und Pfannen schon so abgenutzt, dass Sie zum kochen schon nicht mehr geeignet sind.
    Im Badezimmer fehlen definitiv Harken um Handtücher auf zu hängen.
    Das man im Schlafzimmer immer die Heizungen erneut einschalten (die Räume kühlen sehr schnell aus im Winter) muss und das Geräusch der Zeit Schaltuhr ist nicht gerade schlaf fördernd. (zur Erklärung: die Heizungen haben in 2 Schlafzimmern Zeit Schaltuhren wie eine Eieruhr die man zum Heizen aufziehen muss)

    Der Preis mag auf dem ersten Blick gar nicht so hoch sein, aber bei uns sind noch mal 20€ pro Tag an Stromkosten hinzu gekommen (wir waren zwar zur Winterzeit da, haben aber auch nicht übermäßig geheizt)

    Die 2 Ferienwohnungen haben insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer mit 8 Betten (Zimmer/Betten 2x2, 1x4)
    Für mehre Familien daher gut geeignet.
    Die Schafe direkt am Haus hat unseren Sohn gut gefallen
