The holiday house is on the outskirts without immediate neighbours. It is nestled amidst macchia, olive groves and vineyards. It is about 1.5km to the crystal clear sea and the sandy beach, about a 20-minute walk away, or a few minutes by car.
The house has two bedrooms, a living and dining room with a sofa bed, a built-in kitchen, a shower and WC and a guest WC. Three air conditioning units ensure a pleasant indoor temperature on hot summer days. A fireplace stove provides pleasant warmth on cool evenings.
Several partially roofed terraces surround the house. The 500m² site is fully fenced. The garden is lushly planted. You can always find a shady spot on the various terraces. There is an outdoor shower for cooling off on hot summer days. The roof terrace affords a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea and nature.
You can go on lovely walks into the olive groves and vineyards. There are two local restaurants and grocery shops 2 to 5km away. There are many places of historical interest in the neighbouring localities. Several nature reserves invite you to go on a trip. You can have fun swimming about 1.5km away.
