This 4 bedroom bungalow is simply furnished in a traditional french style, but has all the necessities including a fitted kitchen, a recently installed walk-in shower and has sliding patio doors giving views and access onto the terrasse and garden and fields beyond. Situated within 500 metres of the centre of the small village of Vairé which has all the crucial services such as a good Boulangerie, and small shop, you are 8km from La Mothe Achard which has supermarkets and all services and you are 9km from the lovely beach of La Normandelière, perfect for lazy bathing or a number of water sports. This area is also great for cycling with a network of cycle paths and you are 12 kms North of the Vendée's most popular resort Les Sables d'Olonne, famous for its café lined promenade and beach and home to all the entertainment you would expect from such a popular resort. Try also to visit St Gilles 15km way, a pretty town with an attractive fishing port. There is also tennis locally and 4 18 hole golf courses within 30km.

    “Goeie liggen, veel te doen in de buurt binnen een straal van 45-60min.
    Ruim huis met omheinde tuin, heel handig met kleine kinderen.

    Grootste minpunt: niet zo proper, veel stofnetten/ spinnenwebben, niet zo goed gepoetstt bij aankomst.”

    “Interieur wat verouderd en hapsnap, maar wel goed geoutilleerd, zeker de keuken is van alles voorzien. Grote pluspunt van het huis vonden wij de ruimte, zeker voor een bungalow. Vier behoorlijke slaapkamers, wat wisselende kwaliteit matrassen, een prima badkamer, een ruime garage en een natte ruimte. Woonkamer ook prima en eettafel. Tuin zeer ruim en omheind, handig voor kleine kinderen bijv. Buiten een ruime, overdekte (eet)tafel. Niet superluxe allemaal, maar heel goed leefbaar en een betaalbare prijs voor zo'n woning.”
