Pedro's house with fantastic views

Individual holiday home developed on a single floor, located in the east of the island of Gran Canaria, with stunning views, where you can see from the sunrise, the sea, the bay, the coast and even the island of Fuerteventura on very clear days. Located in a residential urbanisation, it has the silence, tranquillity and relaxation of waking up to the sound of birdsong. And at the same time, in a few minutes you can reach different beaches, leisure and shopping areas. The city of Telde is 2.5 km away.

The holiday home, developed on a single and independent floor, consists of 3 bedrooms, first main bedroom with double bed (1,50X2,00), the second bedroom with double bed (1,50X1,90) and the third bedroom with double bed (1,50X1,90). It has two large fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen with oven, mini-oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Two lounges, one of them equipped with TV, fireplace and another reading room. It has free WIFI and high speed internet, satellite TV and free parking at the main entrance of the house. This accommodation is collaborative and environmentally friendly. It has aerothermal equipment to heat the water, solar panels and double glazing in all rooms to maintain the right temperature. For this reason it is classified as ENERGY EFFICIENCY TYPE C.

This holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday, quiet and at the same time very close to any urban centre. Located in a central location and at the same time outside the suburbs of the big cities. It has a private garden of 100 m2, with two sunbeds and a parasol. It also has a 60 m2 balcony-terrace with garden furniture.

In the accommodation there is a travel bed for small children.

The city centre is 2.5 km away. There you will find the district of San Francisco, which together with the Basilica of San Juan forms its historical heritage. Here you will also find various supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, parks and shopping areas. Not to be forgotten is the archaeological site of Cuatro Puertas, located approximately 5 km away. The beaches of Melenara, Salinetas, La Garita and Playa del Hombre are 7 km away. For sports lovers, the golf course El Cortijo, horse riding and tennis are 6 km away, hiking trails nearby and water sports (surfing, body boarding or windsurfing) on nearby beaches. Shopping centres, fashion shops, hypermarkets, leisure areas and many restaurants are within a radius of 5 and 8 km. The capital Las Palmas is 15 km away (20 min. by car), the beautiful beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés are 35 km away (25 min. by car) and the airport is 12 km away.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ausstattung top. Alles vorhanden. Traumlage auf dem "Balcon de Telde" mit Meeresblick. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Sehr herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang am Flughafen durch Pedro (Vermieter). Pedro spricht gut Englisch, aber kein Deutsch und ist sehr gastfreundlich. Er hat extra für unseren 6 Monate alten Sohn einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Kinderbettchen war ebenfalls vorhanden.”

    “Eine Woche genossen wir die grosszügige, ruhige Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse und wunderbarem Ausblick. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Vermieter holte uns am Flughafen ab und gab uns diverse Informationen zur Insel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bei einem nächsten Besuch in Grand Canaria wieder dort logieren.”

    “Wir waren im Januar 2018 21 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung sie entsprach zu 100 % den ausgeschriebenen Angaben des Besitzers! Alles war Tip Top sauber, die Wohnung ist ruhig und sehr geräumig , ein Autoparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war immer vorhanden, die grosse gedeckte Terrasse mit der grandiosen Aussicht zum Meer ist einzigartig. Ganz in der Nähe des Hauses hat es Busstationen für nach Telde oder zu den nächst gelegenen Stränden oder für in die schönen Berge, mit dem Bus ist man auch in wenigen Minuten in Las Palmas. Für Ausflüge ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen von hier aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel gut erreichen. Der äusserst freundliche Besitzer holte uns sogar am Flughafen ab, er war auch jederzeit bereit uns mit Ratschlägen oder Ausflug Tips zu helfen, dazu verwöhnte er uns ein zwei mal mit selbst gekochten leckeren einheimischem Spezialitäten. Sehr gerne werden wir wieder einmal hier Ferien machen.”
