Apartment located in one of the most idyllic areas of the Girona Coast. This apartment has a capacity of 8 people and its at 5 minutes walking from the Almadraba's Beach. It has a private terrace with views of the Roses Bay. Many of our clients say that this part of Roses is his favorite. Ideal for families as well as for a group of friends wanting to enjoy the numerous possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

IMPORTANT :

CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining,  sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.

When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.

The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1,10 Euros per person and per day.

PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 20 Euros per pet for the whole stay.

    “Das Haus ist leider nur sehr oberflächlich beschrieben. Es ist einfach, hat aber alles was man braucht. Es gibt schöne Sonnenliegen und einen tollen Sonnenschirm für die Sonnenterrasse, mit Aussendusche! Weiterhin existiert eine Loggia mit Holzkohlegrill und Gas-Brenner (ideal für Pfannengerichte)! Eine in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnte Sonnenmarkise gibt es auch. Das Sauberkeits-Level welches wir antrafen, war kaum akzeptabel, hier muss von dem Host "Immogestio" noch mehr gemacht werden. Leider war der nicht vorhandene Service dort unterirdisch. Online-Checkin war als Deutscher kaum möglich (Online-Formular ist auf Besucher aus Frankreich und Spanien zugeschnitten), außerdem ist das die Arbeit des dortigen Hosts! Uns wurde nicht genau erklärt, welchen Parkplatz wir zu benutzen haben, das führte zu einer anstrengenden Auseinandersetzung mit der Nachbarin, die leider weder Englisch oder Deutsch spricht und solche offensichtlich auch nicht besonders mag. Unser Host "Immogestio" überliess uns am Tag der Ankunft nur einen Schlüssel mit der Begründung, der Andere seit weg und man sollte nochmal kommen. Das Büro musste von uns also nochmals angefahren werden.... Wer das alles aushalten kann wird auf jeden Fall mit einem überwältigendem Blick von allen Etagen des Hauses belohnt, ist echt atemberaubend! Für Menschen, die Schwierigkeiten haben, Treppen zu laufen ist das Häuschen sicher nicht geeignet.”
