Alpine holiday home in a secluded location with panoramic views

Our new and lovingly furnished holiday home is situated in a sunny and idyllic secluded location at 1100m above sea level near the mountain village of Prebl.

The house is completely surrounded by a natural larch fence, which separates the property from the surrounding pastures, ideal for your pets. There are cows, ponies, goats and donkeys around the house. You can also visit our nearby farm at any time or use the neighbouring hiking trails.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with a large dining table, sofa and wood-burning stove, and its light-flooded rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. You can enjoy the sunshine from morning to evening on the large south and west-facing terrace.
Relaxation is guaranteed with a visit to the in-house sauna and infrared cabin.
On the top floor there are 2 large bedrooms with Swiss stone pine beds, a children's room and a second bathroom with WC. The ground floor with kitchen-living room, bathroom and separate WC, as well as the room that can be used as a living room, playroom or bedroom, is also easily accessible via the terrace entrance, which is almost at ground level. This offers guests who want to avoid stairs the opportunity to use the house without difficult barriers.
For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a stair gate, cot and high chair free of charge.

Our holiday home allows you to combine undisturbed peace and quiet with quick access to your holiday destinations - such as Prebl's inns and mountain huts with their excellent cuisine or Carinthia's lakes and mountains.
The Klippitztörl adventure and ski region can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes and offers experiences such as ski excursions, alpine hikes, ski tours and snowshoe hikes, a natural climbing garden and a summer toboggan run.
Other skiing and hiking areas nearby are the Weinebene and the Koralpe.
For short cultural trips, the provincial capitals of Graz and Klagenfurt can be reached within an hour. The South Styrian Wine Route and thermal spa region are also popular excursion destinations.

    “Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus inmitten von Bergwiesen. Für jeden ist etwas dabei: Schaukel für groß und klein, Rutsche, Sandkasten, Tischtennisplatte und Sauna. Das Ferienhaus hat ein schnelles WLAN, sowie TV Geräte mit Sat-Empfang. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Vor dem Haus weiden kleine Ponys, welche gestreichelt werden dürfen. Die Krönung ist die Gastgeberfamilie (Anna & Albert Schleinzer mit Hund Bella und Familie), welche sich um die ausgezeichnet um die Gäste kümmert. Hier fühlt man sich Willkommen und hat die Möglichkeit zu entschleunigen.”
