Comfortable cottage by the lake, with swimming pool and private tennis plots. On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace and terraces, on the 1st floor are the bedrooms with some balconies. Marvellous view over the lake. The surrounding ground is on a hillside, there is also a small oak wood where you can find fresh spots during the hottest months. The swimming pool and the shared tennis plot can be reached by a staircase in the wood. Some suggestions for your excursions: Trasimeno lake, Perugia, Arezzo, Siena. Near the property there is a camping site with disco-bar (open during Summer).Road nearby.
