Villa "Traumbrise" with terrace, barbecue and garden

New build, completion July 2017 - Wonderful two-family thatched house situated directly on the edge of the forest, sauna, fireplace and high-quality furnishings Ostseebad Rerik - The former fishing village is idyllically situated between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff, a small Baltic Sea bay opposite the Baltic Sea peninsula of Wustrow. The thatched-roof house "Traumbrise" is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik, which consists of various newly built holiday homes. Approx. 1000 metres from the beach and right next to a small forest, where you can find a prehistoric grave and watch the deer in the fields in the morning "At 7 o'clock in the morning, the world is still in order".

The semi-detached house stands on a plot of approx. 1250 m². The terrace has a size of approx. 20 m², facing south. The property is fenced at a height of approx. 1 metre so that dog owners can relax.

The house is ideal for families with children, intergenerational holidays, holidays with friends, colleagues but also for couples looking for peace and quiet. New construction: Completion July 2017. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a cosy leather corner, satellite TV, radio/CD, iPod and USB connection, wood-burning stove and a large dining table for 10 people as well as a high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with a large fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, extractor bonnet, raised oven, dishwasher, microwave etc.. There is also a large shower room with sauna. The modern bathroom consists of a sauna, floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and the wellness bathroom. All beds have adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. All bedroom windows are fitted with fly screens and blackout blinds. On this level you will find three bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables or bedside tables, wardrobe and satellite TV. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms for your valuables. Upstairs you will also find the wellness bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The converted attic is the ideal home for your children. There are 2 bedrooms. The bunk bed room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), desk and wardrobe, and a second room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables, wardrobe, sideboard and satellite TV. You can park two cars in a row right next to the house and lock your bicycles in your own bicycle shed.
From the living/dining room you can access the large terrace. The large garden table with space for 10 people invites you to a cosy barbecue evening (an electric barbecue is available in the bicycle shed). Charcoal and open fires as well as fireworks are not permitted due to the fire hazard of the thatched roofs! Max. 2 dogs are welcome.

This part of the Baltic Sea is located on the well-known Kühlung with the large rapeseed fields. An area which is characterised by its elevated position above the Baltic Sea and a pleasant breeze. Rerik itself is centred between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar (World Heritage Site). The fashionable Baltic seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Heiligendam (the white town on the Baltic Sea) can also be visited on a beautiful cycle tour (in combination with a ride on the narrow-gauge railway "Molli").

    “Haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Das sagt doch alles. Positiv: Tolles Ferienhaus mit hoher Ausstattung. Sehr schöne und großzügige Zimmer. Herrliche Essecke und richtig gute Küche. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, das war für die Vierbeiner und uns ein Träumchen.”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut und reichhaltig. Die Betten waren bequem und das Haus war passend bezugsfertig. Die Lage war mit Hund super, da man toll um die Wohnanlage spazieren gehen kann. Rerik an sich war nicht so sehenswert, dafür Kühlungsborn und Umgebung. Auto muss für den Urlaub unbedingt sein! Im Haus war leider der Abfluss der unteren Dusche verstopft, die Tür des linken Schlafzimmers im 1. Stock machte bei Durchzug enormen Lärm und der Staubsauger war nicht funktionsfähig. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub!”

    “Wir waren von dem Haus total begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist super, z.B. die Anzahl der Lichtschalter und Steckdosen - hier wurde nicht gespart. Im Küchenbereich war auch von Allem reichlich da. Die Sauberkeit war auch Tiptop. Ich weis nicht was ich noch schreiben soll --> bestes Ferienhaus was wir je hatten!!! Hoffentlich bleibt es so.
