Air-conditioned 3-room flat with terrace

In a quiet side street of Liechtensteinstraße, in the immediate vicinity of Bauernfeldplatz and the Liechtenstein Summer Palace and just a five-minute walk from the tram, bus and underground station, you will benefit from a quiet location in the heart of Vienna in this attractive holiday flat. On the top floor of the stylish, bourgeois residential building from the Wilhelminian era, you can enjoy your stay with a wonderful view of the Lycée Français garden from the roof terrace. 2 tram stops away, you can park your car in the Althan Centre or in the Park&Ride Spittelau.

Take the lift to the level of your holiday flat on the fourth floor. The bright three-room flat has a living space of 70 m² and is divided into an entrance area with cloakroom and separate WC, two bedrooms, a lounge, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a daylight bathroom. In the first bedroom you sleep in a comfortable double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm with bedside tables and reading lamps on both sides. The second bedroom is designed as a living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed. Sufficient cupboards provide space for your travelling wardrobe. Relax on the pull-out sofa bed and an armchair with coffee table after a day out. The flat-screen TV provides entertainment in the evening. The lounge is furnished with a large, antique dining and work table. Take a seat on the four armchairs and enjoy a meal together. A second flat-screen TV with a Sonos music system is also available in this room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater for yourself with a dishwasher, a four-zone hob with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and small electrical appliances such as a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with an 8m² walk-in shower, hand basin with hairdryer and a washing machine. The facilities also include free Internet access via WLAN.

The roof terrace faces the garden of the French Lyceum and is absolutely quiet.

The bright 70m² flat with terrace is located in the quiet Harmoniegasse, a side street off Liechtensteinstrasse, on the top floor of a period building and has a lovely terrace with a view of the Lycee Francais garden. 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, fitted kitchen with everything you need - toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine, entrance with cloakroom and separate WC guarantee a perfect living experience in the city centre. There is a car park in the immediate vicinity. You can also park your car for a fee at the Unizenter in Althanstraße. If you like, you can have breakfast in the neighbouring Hotel Harmonie or in the "1090" restaurant, just 100 steps away. Excellent brunch at the weekend! . For lunch, there are real Viennese restaurants such as the "Rebhuhn", "Landsknecht" and "Stomach" in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful, spacious living room of the flat is furnished with a large, antique dining and work table. The flat is equipped with parquet flooring in all rooms, two large TVs and, one of them in the 2nd bedroom + internet connection and a Sonos system are a matter of course. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and all the necessary bathroom utensils. You live in a trendy yet cosy neighbourhood. The trendy "Servitelviertel", with its good restaurants and pavement cafés, is just a few minutes' walk away. You can reach St Stephen's Cathedral in a short time on foot or by public transport. Have a nice stay! PS: Have a look at the reports about the Servitenviertel on the Internet! From the main railway station or the State Opera you can take the tram, line D, to the flat without changing trains.

You live in a trendy yet middle-class neighbourhood. It is only a few minutes' walk to the trendy "Servitelviertel", with its good pubs and pavement cafés. You can reach St Stephen's Cathedral in a short time on foot, by bike or by public transport. From the main railway station or the State Opera House, you can take the tram to the flat without changing trains. The world-famous garden palace of the Princes of Liechtenstein, the Strudelhofstiege and the Sigmund Freud Museum are just a few minutes' walk away. There is a car park in the immediate vicinity. The neighbouring Hotel Harmonie or the "1090" restaurant are ideal for breakfast. For lunch, you can dine in genuine Viennese restaurants such as the "Rebhuhn", "Landsknecht" and "Stomach" in the immediate vicinity. The many restaurants within a 10-minute walk invite you to dine!

    “Wir waren zu viert und hatten gut Platz, da 3 Räume zur Verfügung standen. In zwei Zimmern sogar Fernseher und im Schlafzimmer Radio und Bücher. Wir haben uns vom 6. bis 13. August 2022 dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Darüber hinaus ist Wien immer eine Reise wert! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr günstig. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu erreichen, gleich ums Eck mit der Tram oder 7 min zu Fuß mit der U-Bahn. Der Vermieter hatte uns gut vorbereitet und war auch sonst für Nachfragen erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung liegt unterm Dach (mit Dachterasse!), hat aber Lift und somit sind Gepäck und Einkauf keine Anstrengung. In der Wohnung selbst lagen Reiseführer und zusätzliche Tipps bereit. Es war alles da, was wir benötigten. Und darüber hinaus Regenschirme oder ein Trolley fürs Einkaufen. Supermarkt, Geschäfte und Lokale gab es auch ums Eck. Negativ: Da fällt mir einfach nichts ein.”

    “Rundherum Super! Positiv: Hat alles gepasst, die Nähe zur Innenstadt ca.10 Minuten laufen und man ist in der Fußgängerzone, Wohnung war Tiptop, alles war da, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Regenschirme, einfach alles, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Super Tip wegen parken(5 € am Tag)! War ein schöner Kurztrip nach Wien :) Negativ: Nix Restaurant: Wickerl - Super Kalbsschnitzel!”

    “Würde jederzeit wieder die Wohnung anmieten Positiv: Eine wirklch große, schöne Wohnung in ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Restaurants und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung.

    “Positiv: Sehr gute zentrale Lage in Wien, trotzdem ausgesprochen ruhig.
    Sehr geräumige, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Schöne Terrasse.
    Ansprechende Wohnumgebung mit allen Einrichtungen, die erforderlich sind.
    Zuverlässige und angenehme Betreuung. Negativ: Fahrstuhl und Hauslicht funktionierten nicht ganz zuverlässig. War aber letztlich kein Problem. Freizeit: Wer sich von Wien mal losreißen kann und genug Zeit hat: Mit dem Zug kommt man gut vom Hauptbahnhof nach Bratislava und zum Neusiedler See...Fahrräder sind dabei hilfreich.”
