This large detached chalet for a maximum of 50 people is located in Wald-Koenigsleiten, an alpine village on the Gerlos Pass in Salzburgerland, close to the Zillertal Arena ski area.The chalet has a sauna, shower and relaxation and yoga area. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with pizza ovens, a dining area with bar for 50 people and two lounge areas with TV corner and tile stove. The chalet offers 20 comfortable bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer, a washing machine and garden with garden furniture. Parking is available directly at the chalet.The chalet is located on the tourist Gerlos road and is therefore easy to reach. Due to the central location of the chalet, you can reach the Zillertal Arena ski area (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten) with 150 km of slopes in 15 minutes, the Wildkogel Arena ski area (Neukirchen) with 75 km of slopes in 10 minutes and the KitzSki-Hollersbach ski area with 188 km of slopes in 20 minutes. The ski bus that takes you to the cable cars from the Zillertal Arena stops right outside the door! With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski in the three ski areas with almost 400 km of slopes with one ski pass!For reasons of peace and quiet, this house is not rented to groups of young people. The organization of student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited.
