The small village of Castion has a privileged location and is only a few minutes' drive from the lake and its famous towns. This lovely flat is located in a residential complex with shared swimming pool on the hills of Lake Garda.

Enjoy the proximity to the lake with its sports activities and attractions, take long walks or bike rides through vineyards and olive groves and end an eventful day comfortably on your terrace.

From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace with table and chairs, awning and garden beds, as well as to the enclosed garden. There are two small private gardens, one of which is fenced off and therefore ideal for children. The swimming pool is for communal use. Free parking is available in the entrance area.

The carefully furnished flat is located on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 more persons, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a terrace and two small private gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and glasses so you can enjoy your favourite dishes on the terrace or at the dining table in the cosy living room. Herbs, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar are available, as well as tea and coffee. You will also find a microwave, a cooker, a fridge, a kettle, an Italian Moka coffee machine, a dishwasher and washing machine (detergent provided), a hoover, an iron and ironing board, a TV with German channels and free parking. Free Wi-Fi. The romantic double room with direct access to the garden is cooled by the waters of the Tesina stream on hot summer days. The bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer is also new. Shampoo, hand soap and shower gel are provided. An initial supply of towels and beach towels for the pool is provided, as well as bed linen.

Thanks to the central location, amusement parks are only a few kilometres away. You are also in the immediate vicinity of the Cà degli Ulivi golf course. Take advantage of this ideal starting point in the middle of nature for wonderful hikes, horse riding or cycling tours through olive groves and vineyards. In a few minutes you can reach the most beautiful villages and attractions of Lake Garda, but also enjoy the magic and tranquillity of the hilly landscape of Lake Garda, far away from the hustle and bustle. Five minutes' walk from the flat is the village centre of Castion with a minimarket, newsagent's, pizzerias, restaurants, bars and trattorias. This means that all the important items you need for everyday life are close at hand. The wonderfully clear, clean air and Mediterranean vegetation make this place unique and irresistible. There are also water sports of all kinds, paragliding, food and wine destinations and cultural offers of all kinds. Last but not least, you will find an ideal starting point for visiting famous attractions such as Verona and Mantua.

WIFI-FREE connection is available free of charge. Upon request, the owner will provide you with a cot with bed linen and a high chair free of charge. The initial supply of bed linen, towels and beach towels for the swimming pool is included. A change of clothes is available upon request and for an additional fee. The outdoor swimming pool is available to all guests of the complex (it is not accessible to guests staying outside the complex).

    “Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen! An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und durch die liebevollen, kleinen Accessoires erlangt die Wohnung einen sehr gemütlichen Charakter.     “Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in sauberer und gepflegter Anlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub benötigt. Auch an Kleinigkeiten, die den Urlaub angenehm und erholsam machen, wurde gedacht: Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel bzw. Liegen, Kerzen, Waschmittel, Kaffee, Öl, Gewürze... Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat sich mehrfach nach unseren Wünschen erkundigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Ferienwohnung buchen, es war einfach toll!!”
