Cosy holiday home in Hooksiel

The holiday home is located approx. 100 metres from the seawater wave indoor swimming pool and invites you to an uncomplicated visit at any time.2024 newly renovated ! Cosy, well-equipped holiday home located close to the indoor swimming pool Meerwasserwellenhallenbad, enjoy a break from everyday life on your sun terrace, go on mudflat hikes or boat trips, beautiful cycling and hiking trails await you, and sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth on land and water.

Renovated in 2024 !!! Cosy and well-equipped holiday home in Wangerland-Hooksiel with three bedrooms. Arrive and feel good is the motto! The bright, sunny holiday home is modern, well-maintained and tastefully furnished, so your holiday home for your family holiday presents itself to you. On the ground floor (approx. 28m²) you will find a cosy living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen (12m²) is fully equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a four-ring hob, there is also an oven, egg cooker, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and much more. A dining table not only invites you to eat together but also to socialise. A seating area with a TV (digital, satellite/cable), CD player, hi-fi system and board games completes the offer. On the ground floor there is also a small bedroom (eight m²) with a sofa bed (140x200cm) and a wardrobe. The guest WC is also located on the ground floor. There is also a storage room on the ground floor with a baby cot, a high chair, cleaning products and a clothes horse. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two further bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200cmx180cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds (100cmx200cm each). Both rooms have an awning and a wardrobe to store your clothes. Both bedrooms also have a digital TV and a radio with charging station. A shower room with a washing machine and a WC complete the first floor. You will also find an internet connection and WLAN equipment in the holiday home. A fast charging station is right outside the front door.

A parking space is available directly in front of your holiday home. Enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace and switch off from everyday life. A parasol provides shade even on sunny days. Bring eventful days to a cosy close with the charcoal barbecue.

The holiday home is suitable for allergy sufferers, for a family holiday or a holiday with a baby. Long-term holidays are also possible on request. Please note that this is a non-smoking holiday home. The three bedrooms also allow you to take grandma or grandpa with you (1 separate bedroom on the ground floor). A second high-quality digital TV is available in the children's room. A washing machine is available if used properly and the holiday guest must contact the owner when booking as the owner is obliged to record the data for the tourist tax and must pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Wangerland.

Behind the old dyke, about 100 metres away, is the Hooksmeer leisure area with marinas, sailing school, pedal boat hire, tennis courts, horse racing track, surf bay and water ski lift. Beautiful cycling, hiking and Nordic walking routes along the North Sea and the Hooksmeer offer marvellous views. Hooksiel has a five-kilometre-long sandy beach, pure leisure fun and tranquillity, everything is available. Whether it's water sports, beach volleyball, kite flying, a casino, a harbour tour, golfing, canoeing, bowling, kite surfing, mini golf, a museum, theatre, mudflat hiking or the zoo - there's something for young and old at any time of year.

    “Gemütliches Haus, für 4 Personen perfekt, für mehr könnte das fehlende zweite Badezimmer ein Problem sein. War zwar in der Beschreibung angegeben, entpuppte sich aber " nur " als Gäste WC. Ansonsten alles gut!!”
