Das Grundstück ist in zentraler und ruhiger Ortslage des Luftkurortes Friedrichroda gelegen. Von hier aus sind es nur wenige Schritte bis ins Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten mit Thüringer und Internationaler Küche.

Beide Ferienhäuser sind gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erwartet Sie als besonderer Service ein Begrüßungsgetränk. Eine Erstausstattung von Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badetücher, Geschirrtücher und Bademänteln erwartet Sie ebenfalls bereits bei Ihrer Ankunft. Das Festnetz-Telefon sowie WLAN können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Ein Kinderhochstuhl sowie ein Kinderbett bzw. Reisebett sind außerdem vor Ort bereits vorzufinden. Für Ihrer Urlaubsplanung stehen Ihnen kostenloses Infomaterial über Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region zur Verfügung.

Im gemeinschaftlichen Garten erwartet Sie eine Kinderspiel- Einzelschaukel, ein zweier Korbschaukel, Rutsche, Spielhäuschen, Sandkiste, kleines Trampolin und Tischtennis ist wetterabhängig auf Anfrage möglich. Auf dem Grundstück bieten die Vermieter Ihnen einen Grillplatz mit Gartenmöbeln sowie einen Thüringer Grill zur freien Nutzung an. Ein Parkplatz bzw. ein Stellplatz unter dem Carport runden das Angebot ab.

Mit der Kurkarte können Sie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Busse, Bahnen und Straßenbahnen) rund um den Kurort kostenlos nutzen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich hierbei um Nichtraucherhäuser handelt. Auf den Terrassen darf geraucht werden. Haustiere sind ebenfalls nicht erlaubt.

Der Luftkurort Friedrichroda gehört neben Oberhof, Weimar und Erfurt zu den beliebtesten Urlaubsorten Thüringens. Friedrichroda liegt klimatisch günstig im Nordwesten des Thüringer Waldes am Rennsteig, dem längsten Höhenwanderweg Deutschlands. Besuchen Sie die Marienglashöhle, eine der schönsten Gipskristallgrotten Europas oder wandern Sie zum Großen Inselsberg (916 m ü.NN), der höchsten Erhebung des Westlichen Thüringer Waldes. Friedrichroda ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Gotha (14km), Eisenach (28km), Oberhof (30km) und Erfurt (40km). The holiday home Thüringen-Residenz is situated in a central and quiet location in the climatic health resort "Premium Class" Friedrichroda. From here it is only a few steps to the town centre with shops, shopping facilities and restaurants with Thuringian and international cuisine.

The holiday home Thüringen-Residenz is tastefully, friendly, cosy and modernly furnished. A welcome drink awaits you on arrival as a special service. An initial supply of bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels and bathrobes also awaits you on arrival. The landline telephone and WLAN can be used free of charge. A high chair and a cot or travel cot are also available on site. Free information material about excursion destinations and sights in the region is available to help you plan your holiday.

In the communal garden you will find a children's play swing, a double basket swing, slide, playhouse, sandpit, small trampoline and table tennis is available on request, depending on the weather. On the property we offer you a barbecue area with garden furniture and a Thuringian barbecue for free use. A car park or a parking space under the carport round off the offer.

With the spa card you can use public transport (buses, trains and the Thuringian Forest Railway) around the spa town free of charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the terraces. Pets are also not allowed.

The climatic health resort "Premium Class" Friedrichroda is one of the most popular holiday resorts in Thuringia, alongside Oberhof, Weimar and Erfurt. Friedrichroda enjoys a favourable climate in the north-west of the Thuringian Forest on the Rennsteig, the longest high-altitude hiking trail in Germany. Visit the Marienglashöhle, one of the most beautiful gypsum crystal grottos in Europe, or hike to the Großer Inselsberg (916 metres above sea level), the highest point in the western Thuringian Forest. Friedrichroda is the ideal starting point for excursions to Gotha (14km), Eisenach (28km), Oberhof (30km) and Erfurt (40km). Anyone interested in castles and palaces will get their money's worth here. On approx. 50 square metres you will find a living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and an all-purpose room to store your luggage. The holiday home is designed for 2-4 people and is available for rent all year round. It is heated by central heating. The hard floors have a laminate look, so that a cosy atmosphere prevails throughout the holiday home. In the living room, two sofas with a flat-screen SMART TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and a stereo system with USB/CD playback invite you to linger. Board games, CDs and books ensure that boredom doesn't set in even when the weather is bad. The room is bright and flooded with light thanks to the many windows. Next door is the modern fitted kitchen, which also leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a 4 ceramic hob, you will also find a large fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an egg boiler and all the important utensils for cooking and eating. A dining table with four chairs invites you to eat together after preparing and cooking. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a large wardrobe to store your clothes. A vanity area with drawers and mirror as well as a hairdryer round off the offer here. The bright bathroom can be accessed from this bedroom and the hallway. In addition to a shower, the bathroom is also equipped with a WC, mirror cabinet, electric fan and towel dryer. Two single beds and another wardrobe await you in the second bedroom. The all-purpose room can be used as a cloakroom, shoe rack, storage rack, suitcase storage space, storage space for garden furniture or as an umbrella stand. For your safety, there is a six-kilo fire extinguisher, a first aid kit and a fire blanket in the holiday home. There are also several smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector for your safety.

The holiday home is surrounded by a large, communal, green and well-kept garden. You have a separate entrance. Tables and chairs with cushions and a parasol invite you to linger on your covered terrace. There is also a table and chairs on the sun terrace, as well as a separate children's table and two children's chairs. Not only relaxing days but also cosy evenings can be spent here thanks to the terrace lighting. You will also find several bins for waste separation. While you can use all the patio furniture in the summer months, only a table and two chairs are available in the winter months.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt schön ruhig, man kann für sich sein obwohl es sehr zentral im Ort liegt! Positiv: Im Ferienhaus war super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst an Hygienebedarf und Schnelltest für Corona wurde gedacht und im Ferienhaus bereit gestellt. Restaurant: Asia Restaurant Jade Bahnhofstraße 2, 99887 Georgenthal/Thüringer Wald - Wir sind mit zwei Kindern im Restaurant bestens und sehr freundlich bedient worden. Es hat uns allen super geschmeckt und hat es ist dort ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ambiente!
    Wir würden auch wieder da bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in der Gegend zum Essen sehr gerne hin gehen. Ausflüge: Ostermarkt in Friedrichroda - Es waren ganztägig viele tolle Oster-Aktionen zu diesem Stadtfest angeboten. Viele schöne Stände in einer tollen Fußgängerzone zu sehen.”
