This farmhouse is an oasis of tranquility. The ancient farm is immersed in the nature of the Pisan hills and offers the opportunity to relax, take long walks, take a dip in the pool and visit many important cultural sites such as Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca. Even Florence can be easily visited in one day. The beach is about 30 minutes away. Thanks to its simplicity and the space it offers, the house is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends. Pets are also welcome, the whole garden is fenced off. Recently renovated, all rooms have new mattresses and air conditioning. There is a brick barbecue, a large garden, a private swimming pool with cleaning system and a column for recharging electric cars. On reservation and on payment: wine tasting, catering service breakfast and dinner, up to 15 electric bikes.Possibility to rent a motor boat (up to 13 places). Availability of 3 additional bedrooms with on-site payment to ensure greater comfort.
