Guest room without fully equipped kitchen

Guest rooms without fully equipped kitchen, rural location between sea and heath. The guest rooms are close to the German Wadden Islands (World Heritage Site). Experience art, culture and nature in beautiful East Friesland.

The 90 m2 storey, with its own staircase, is located above the main house. There is a living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The breakfast table is also in the living area. Living area with sofa and satellite TV. There is no fully equipped kitchen, but there is a dining table, a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle. Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher available.
Cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc. are provided.
There are also two bedrooms, one with an electrically adjustable bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds (box spring 0.80 x 2.00 m each). Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Fresh meals are available from the supermarket at a small price.
You can prepare your own breakfast. Pizza delivery to your home is also possible.
If both flats are rented together, catering can take place in the holiday flat.

Part of the garden is reserved for the guests of our holiday home. The garden is so large that part is reserved for the guests of the guest rooms on the side of the garden. The house's garden is a feast for the eyes. We are members of the Association of Perennial Friends.

The guest rooms can also be booked in combination with our holiday home. (7 pers.) total.

The sea and the beach are about 8 km from the house. The picturesque coastal towns with many restaurants offer you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the culinary offerings. The various churches host many concerts or you can follow one of the art routes. Do you like to be active? You can explore the area on foot or by bike. There are several walking and cycling routes. You can cycle along the dyke from Norddeich to Emden or to the other side, to Hooksiel. There are 2 bikes available (shared with the holiday apartment guest). You can also walk along the dyke. A trip to one of the 5 islands is also a possibility. Six kilometres from the house is the Eternal Sea, a moorland area. The forest near Berumerfehn is not far away either; from there you can take a boat trip through the moorland. Aurich, Norden and Emden are the larger towns in the immediate vicinity. There is now a water-ski centre in Aurich Tannenhausen. In Luetetsburg, you will find a beautiful new golf course. Next door is a castle with a beautiful open park. (Rhododendron blooms in May.) Nearby you will find a spa park with swimming pool and sauna.

    “Gästezimmer zum Wohlfühlen. Ein Ort zum Sein, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen Positiv: Wir wurden diskret umsorgt und mit einem sehr leckeren reichhaltigen Frühstück verwöhnt.
    Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur. Im wunderschönen „eigenen“ Garten, zwischen den Feldern, am Badesee, am „Ewigen Meer“ und am Wattenmeer entspannen und in ein gemütliches „zu Hause“ zu kommen…perfekt!!!
    Familie HejBlom hat es uns schön gemacht. Restaurant: Pizzeria Italia, Grossheide - Lecker, reichhaltig, gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis, sehr netter Service
    Und: die „Einheimischen“ speisen auch dort Ausflüge: Ewiges Moor - Einzigartige Umgebung”
