Tala Hilltop Penthouse - 360 Seaview The penthouse is located on a hill high above the village of Tala. Tala's old village square is just a 150-metre walk down the hill. There you will find some of our favourite local taverns next to the old church. A small supermarket is 1 km up the road to Paphos. Large supermarkets (e.g. Lidl, Carrefour) are a 10-minute drive towards Paphos. It is a quiet location, away from the crowds, yet only a 10-minute drive from Paphos, Coral Bay, the beaches and many cultural and archaeological sights.
The terrace offers spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea towards the east, south and west. The terrace is 100 square metres with a dining table, 2 sun loungers and a breakfast nook, overlooking the pool. The layout ensures all-day sunshine on the terrace and two pergolas provide ample shade. From our terrace, you can watch the cruise ships, pleasure boats and parasailers glide across the clear blue sea! Did we mention the spectacular sunsets? Of course, you have full access to the communal pool with sun loungers.
Parking spaces are available. The building has a lift providing easy access to the flat.
The lounge has two large sofas. A breakfast bar separates the fully equipped kitchen from the lounge and dining area. Two double French doors open directly onto the terrace. The two-bedroom penthouse is spacious and bright. It can accommodate up to four people, with the option of an extra cot / high chair (on request). The en suite bedroom has double doors opening onto the terrace with unobstructed views over the Mediterranean Sea. The bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom (with shower). The second bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed (1.60 metres wide), a safe, Smart TV, built-in wardrobes and a separate bathroom (with bath and shower). All rooms have their own air conditioning/heating and a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat and on the terrace.
Paphos has something for everyone. It has the 'old' town with its markets and traditional lifestyle, through to modern shopping centres with contemporary restaurants. The beaches are very clean and ideal for relaxing and for water sports like e.g. water-skiing, jet-skiing, parasailing, diving, banana-boating. All this is only 10 minutes away by car, and Paphos has been named the 2017 European Capital of Culture. Some World Heritage archaeological sites are a stone's throw from our penthouse. You could also drive to the Akamas National Park (just 20 minutes away by car) to visit the famous Lara Bay Turtle Conservation Station: in the middle of beautiful nature!
Your home away from home is ideal for families or couples, who want that extra bit of space. The flat will be vacated by previous guests no later than 48 hours before your arrival. It will be fully sanitised before your arrival to ensure the highest hygiene standards. To easily explore the area, we recommend renting a car during your stay. Parking spaces are available at the complex. The building has a lift that provides easy access to the flat. You have full access to our communal swimming pool and sunbeds. On arrival, your host will personally meet and greet you and familiarize you with the facilities. However, if you prefer to arrive contactless, this can be arranged upon request. A free welcome pack is provided for you (including a drink and a snack). In case of emergencies, there is a 24/7 on-call service.
