Just 50m from the vast pebble and sandy beach at Cayeux sur Mer this renovated fisherman's cottage with offstreet parking and a small enclosed courtyard makes an ideal place for a seaside holiday. Stroll along the boardwalk taking in the sea air, make sandcastles at low tide or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants in the town. Nearby is historic Saint Valery sur Somme, with it's steam train running around the Baie de Somme, spend a day at the renowned bird sanctuary, Marquenterre, or enjoy the clifftop views from Le Treport with its funicular railway. Cyclists will enjoy the dedicated cycle routes in the area including one around the Baie from Le Crotoy to Saint Valery or try seal spotting from the beach or take a boat ride along the coast.     “Het huis was niet proper bij aankomst, vooral badkamer zeer onhygiënisch, het huis rook ook niet fris!! we zijn onmiddellijk naar winkel geweest voor poetsproducten. Dit was geen vuil van 1 week maar van maanden. parking die ter beschikking is was er niet. erg geroeste BBQ huiis iis erg gedateerd! Ligging okee Tuintje ook niet onderhouden! eigenaar stond niet echt open voor het commentaar, volgens hem als picobello!! eigenaar wel veel tips voor restaurantjes, uitstapjes,.....”

He explains that the house is professionally cleaned between each and every booking and they have never had complaints about this before so they were somewhat surprised that you felt it was not up to standard. Actually, there never was any complaint before and guests have had always positive comments. We did change the property description to indicate that parking is located nearby and thank you for your valuable comment which enables us to improve the experience for future guests.”
