At San Vito Lo Capo in the province of Trapani in a quiet and peaceful area, in the shade of a large pine forest and immersed in nature and dense green vegetation, near the port of Via Calamancina 29, very close to the sea which is visible from the garden, 100 metres from the town centre, 50 metres from the white beach of San Vito Lo Capo, rent a bright three-room apartment for up to 5 people.The interior rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a 4-burner cooker with oven and large fridge with freezer, the living room is complete with table and chairs, two sofas, one of which is a leather three-seater and a double sofa bed, the bedroom is equipped with digital terrestrial TV, wall cabinet and cabinet and the bed is equipped with anti-allergic mattress, the bathroom is complete with shower and accessories, the beds are 5, consisting of a double bed, a double sofa bed and a cot, the large windows are equipped with curtains and blinds, for the winter period is also available the propane stove already in place, for safety there is a fire extinguisher adequate and in accordance with the standard inside the flat. The beach is close by and is free, with the possibility of renting beach umbrellas and sunbeds; two mountain bikes are also available for guests.The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a double sofa bed and a cot (5 pl max), as well as another three-seater leather sofa, an independent bathroom, two heated showers, one inside and one outside with hydromassage jets, a full kitchen with oven, a large fridge, two TVs, one in the living room with a 42-inch flat screen and the other in the bedroom with digital terrestrial TV, a large garden area with 3 gazebo lounges, a hammock and other facilities specified on the site.In the outdoor garden area we offer parking spaces in the shade of the pine forest, inside the villa's fence and covered by gazebos, the use of the above-ground circular swimming pool measuring 4.30 metres in diameter by 1.30 metres in height, three covered gazebo lounges complete with stylish tables and garden chairs, other garden furniture for the use of guests with green carpet laid out over most of the grounds, double terracotta barbecue, double hammock under a special gazebo in the shade of bougainvillea and the outdoor heated hydromassage shower with box, use of washing machine. In the evening you can enjoy the coolness of the pine forest and the effect of the garden lights. The flat has a reserved area in the garden that also offers spaces for shared use with the guests of the second flat, such as the swimming pool area.The location is strategic, in a quiet and peaceful area but very close to the centre of the village and therefore has all the useful services for an easy and comfortable stay.     “Wij vonden het veel te duur voor wat je kreeg. Er waren vele mankementen aan het huisje:geen dampkap,er was een gasalarm in de keuken geplaatst met als gevolg als je iets wou koken ging het alarm af,losse wc bril,geen goede douchekop,airco was niet op de juiste plaats gehangen,mensen die in de wwonkamer slapen moeten door de slaapkamer komen om zo in de badkamer te geraken en dit was zeer storend en geen pravicy,de woonkamer was niet voldoende verduisterd om te slapen,gevaar voor kortsluiting door losse stopcontacten in keuken. Het was een oud niet gerenoveerd huisje met oude meubels. Het huisje naast ons was wel gerenoveerd en op de website stonden ook foto’s van dit huisje gemixt met foto’s van het oude huisje. Dit was wel verwarrend. De afstand naar het strand was meer dan 50 meter.”

    “Ci dispiace per ciò che è stato segnalato nella recensione, leggendola sembra che non vi siate trovati bene presso la nostra struttura, in realtà non abbiamo avuto lamentele di presenza, anzi sembrava che vi foste trovati a vostro agio, alle segnalazioni avremmo potuto cercare di ovviare ed accontentarvi durante la vostra vacanza per quanto possibile.
    Per quanto riguarda i costi ci preme segnalare che gli stessi sono molto concorrenziali rispetto ai servizi offerti e i prezzi stessi di mercato esistenti a San Vito Lo Capo.
    L’allarme per eventuali fuoruscite di Gas è installato a tutela dei clienti che soggiornano presso la nostra struttura, oltre che per la loro stessa sicurezza, ad ogni modo lo stesso sensore è stato sostituito con uno meno sensibile, facendo seguito alla segnalazione da voi scritta nella recensione.
    Il sedile del Water era solo allentato, sarebbe bastato comunicarcelo subito e lo avremmo stretto immediatamente, come poi abbiamo fatto dopo il vostro ceck-out.
    I soffioni sono quelli previsti dalla normativa europea, non c’entrano gli scarichi, c’entra il fatto che essendo la struttura con precisione a 59 metri esatti in linea d’aria dalla riva del mare, a seconda delle correnti marine ci può essere quell’odore tipico del mare, che per molti non è cattivo odore.
    Per quanto riguarda il bagno al quale si accede direttamente dalla camera da letto, spesso questa opzione è richiesta dagli ospiti, essendo principalmente scelto dalle famiglie come la vostra, tale opzione è descritta sia nelle foto che nella descrizione dell’annuncio, tuttavia come abbiamo già realizzato nell’appartamento a fianco, è in programma non appena gli organi competenti ci daranno l’autorizzazione, l’apertura di un ulteriore porta di accesso al bagno.
    Gli appartamenti in Villa, sono caratterizzati da ampie vetrate di 5 metri di larghezza e provvisti di oscuranti, abbiamo recepito la segnalazione e montato oscuranti ancora più pesanti di quelli che c’erano.
    Le prese della cucina, seppure a norma CEE, sono state sostituite con prese stagne da esterno IP68, dopo la vostra segnalazione.
    Gli arredi erano visibili dalle foto nell’annuncio, che abbiamo controllato non ha foto mischiate con quelle dell’altro appartamento a parte chiaramente le parti comuni a tutte e due gli alloggi, dopo la segnalazione comunque abbiamo rimodernato tutto l’arredamento, con mobili nuovi, cercando di avvicinarci ai gusti dei clienti, anche se l’arredamento di un appartamento è soggettivo.
    La casa accanto non è ristrutturata ma è stata interamente realizzata nel 2018, ma il sito web ha due annunci con foto separate per i due alloggi e foto comuni per le parti in comune che sono il giardino, la piscina, i posti auto il barbecue e foto distinte per alloggio come i salotti gazebo ed arredi da giardino riservati ognuno per appartamento, abbiamo verificato ed il sito non contiene anche le foto mescolate.

    Abbiamo preso in considerazione tutte le segnalazioni e fatto di tutto per accontentare i nostri ospiti, avremmo solo preferito che le segnalazioni fossero date in tempo utile per rimediare, anziché leggerle con sorpresa nella recensione.”

    “Il periodo di maggio coincide con il cambio di stagione e pertanto la pineta è soggetta per natura a fogliame dei pini che cadono, delle zone al di fuori della proprietà non ne siamo responsabili. Teniamo alla clientela ed in particolar modo alla pulizia, in ogni piccolo dettaglio che è un nostro punto di forza.
