Amazing family beach villa/ Fantastisch gelegen familie strandvilla

The villa is situated right at the beach (100m), at 8 minutes drive from the international airport and at 18 minutes from Barcelona city center. On the boulevard along the 15 kilometer beach, there are dozens of restaurants and beach bars ´chiringuitos´ on the beach at the waterside, for drinks near the waves.

Guests have exclusive access to the fully equipped kitchen, living room, wc, washing machine & dryer, terrace, bbq, garden, bicycles and have a door-locked ´wing´ in the house for a separate group (family) of four within your group, with 2 bedrooms and private bath room.

With its vicinity to beach, airport and Barcelona City, this light and bright beach villa with large private garden with 14 pinetrees radiates a personal homey, cosy marine atmosphere. It offers just everything for any type of holiday: be a beach bum or ride a bike (5 bikes available for guests), go kitesurfing or go trekking in the Garraf nature reserve. If you´re in for a city trip, then Barcelona´s just a 18 mins car drive away or good connections by bus or train will get you there. The house itself is spaceous, has 5 bedrooms in total, of which one separate 4 berth ´wing´ with 2 rooms.

Bedroom 1 +2 are together in a ´wing´ with own bathroom, shared with room 3, all at ground floor;

Bedroom 5: upstairs: master´s bedroom, matrimonial bed (200x180cm) with private bathroom and sea view terrace.

We´ve set a round 7000 liter, 4m diameter pool at the patio behind the house! The house is set on a 1200 m2 garden plot shaded by 14 pine trees and surrounded by a hight garden fence, which means it´s really secluded, quiet and safe. It has terraces and patios on three sides, designed to live outside. Two large wooden garden sets give room to 14 people eating comfortably. Foorball, basketball, volleyball, badmintonset, pingpong set (table on the srteet oppositite the house) are all available.

This spaceous, quiet family villa right at the beach in Castelldefels offers a homey atmosphere with its spaceous living room and large garden with two outside bbq terraces. Up to 10 people can enjoy bed, bath, beach, barbecue, boat- and bike rides.

The place is easily accessible from international airport El Prat (Barcelona), from Terminal 1 the taxi ride will be 10 minutes, from Terminal 2 approx 15´.

To get to and from Barcelona you can catch bus number L95 and L94 leaving from the bus stop at a 300 m walk from the house. The bus stops at Plaza Espanya and carries on to Plaza Catalunya.

The train station is half an hour´s walk or 5 mins taxi ride. Trains to Barcelona stopping at Estació Sants, Passeig de Gracia and Estació de França (nearby El Borne) leave from Castelldefels and Castelldefels Playa and take you back & forth in 20-25 minutes. Train outbound back to Castelldefels head for Vilanova i Geltru or St Viçenç.

Bakery, camping shop, pharmacy, barber, gas station and restaurant Pava are at the end of the street Carrer 23. Nearest supermarket is the Caprabo at Avenguda Europa at a 7 minutes bike ride along the beach.

Nearest restaurant at the beach is just across the street Para Vos, an Argentinan Grill, locally popular because of its very reasonable price/quality. The 15 km beach has numerous beach bars (chiringuitos) and beach side restaurants, as well as water sports posibilities at the Club Marítimo (350m from the house).

    “Das Haus war echt super. Es ist perfekt gelegen. Kurz über die Straße gehen und man ist sofort am Strand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war alles sauber und bestens vorbereitet (Betten bezogen, Handtücher vorhanden, etc.). Besonders genialer Service vom Eigentümer: Die Kaltgetränke standen bereit (inkl. Lebensmittelbasics). An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Die Terrasse war groß genug, um mit 10 Personen bequem zum Essen. Der Garten ist auch richtig riesig und bietet Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!”

    “Outstanding beautiful house with the best host ever possible! The house is: well situated, well equipped (more than well), beautiful and comfortable. We were 10 people with small children and grandparents included: each of us was very comfortably installed (bed for baby prepared with care and kindness according to the small details provided here and there -> like a small changing color light for the night for our baby-daughter). The house is fresh in the ground level and had very useful fans, it is protected by trees making even possible to sit in the veranda or sleep in the hammock and feel fresh, and the second level has air conditioned. The air of the see flows easily and reach the house, so even by 32°C you will be feeling very well. The generosity and the very friendly attitude of the owner made our time there, one of our best experiences in vacations ever. We thank him a lot again, really a lot, for the big energy he provided to have always a good word to support us during our time there (even some days before coming he had the kindness to call to help us prepare our arrival). Outstanding! Never seen before! Always ready to give a hand if it is in his power. The house has the invaluable advantage to be placed in a nice quiet neighborhood which, added to the hospitality of our host, made us feel absolutely like at home. Lovely house and charming host! Big thank you!”

    “Mycket fint och välutrustat hus som fungerade utmärkt till en stor familj från småbarn till äldre. Trevlig och generös ägare. Mycket bra med fri tillgång till dricksvatten och att få låna cyklar.
    Läget passade oss som tycker om långa promenader längs stränder . Nära Barcelona flygplats med dess för och nackdelar.”
